Stamp Falls Bed and Breakfast

We had a great time at this B&B. Margriet and Joop were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was generous with something for everyone.

We stayed our first three nights on Vancouver Island at Stamp Falls B and B. We arrived jet lagged and weary, and left refreshed and ready for the rest of our holiday. Joop and Margriet could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Comfortable bed, super clean room, beautiful breakfast, everything that makes a great stay great. Short drive into Port Alberni for dinner. You must stay here. It’s well worth it.

Joop and Margriet provided our little oasis in Port Alberni, as we explored the region and Tofino. The hosts are great to chat with and put so much time in preparing the European breakfast with many kinds of smoked salmon, all served in great quantity.

Margaret and Joop are amazing hosts. We had to stay the night at their bed and breakfast after the highway to Nanaimo got closed. We called them a few minutes in advance to make sure they had rooms. Once we arrived, they welcomed us and showed us the rooms. The house and the rooms were very clean, and we had a nice view from our bedroom. There were clean towels for each person, cold water bottles in every room, and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was amazing, almost everything was homemade and delicious! They also updated us about the road conditions and gave us advice on when would be the best time to leave so we can avoid the huge line up at highway 4.
It was a lot like staying at a very cozy country house and I would definitely go back here next time we are passing through Port Alberni.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming couple that run this place. Had a great stay and felt incredibly appreciated. Breakfast was also fantastic.

The B&B is owned by a very lovely couple and me and my family really enjoyed our stay. We arrived there late at night as refugees because of a wildfire and they didnt hesitate to help us. The breakfast was also very goid with some homemade goods and the prices are absolutely reasonable.

The highlight of our mornings was the incredible selection of smoked salmon, boasting an impressive variety of six types. Each one was expertly crafted, tender, and bursting with flavor. It was a true treat for the senses and a testament to the couple's dedication to providing their guests with a truly exceptional experience.

To complement the salmon, we were spoiled with a delectable array of four different berry jams. Each jar was filled with the luscious goodness of locally sourced berries, capturing the essence of the region. Spread on warm, freshly baked bread, the jams were the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, adding a delightful burst of flavor to every bite.

Our fencing company crew of 3 spent 4 weeks in total at Stamp Falls B & B. Joop and Margreit were welcoming, accommodating, and attentive hosts with a great sense of humour. The beds were comfy, the rooms very tidy, and the breakfasts were a wonderful treat to start our work day.
