Stampede Tack & Western Wear

My wife had a visit on her list for when we were next visiting my parents. Last time we were in Canada she bought a pair of boots, which she loved to death, so today we returned and she found the perfect pair. Friendly helpful staff assisted her with her new boots, and they tossed in a couple of 2023 calendars, one will go up in my son's high school in Germany. Highly recommend, great selection of boots etc. When we visited there was plenty of parking too.

Went in to exchange boots, never worn and came from the box semi worn and scuffed. They are complaining about how there boots left the store. Not to sure why they’re selling scuffed products to customers then. Ladies are extremely miserable as well. Then proceeded to say they’ll charge us for exchange… on top of that tried to charge another 20$ for exchange. Amazing service

Wanted a new cowboy hat to add to my collection, found one. Staff were helpful and the store is huge, full fantastic gear. My horse is an F250 in Cloverdale, so I'm in no need of tack these days, but if I was, I'd get it here. Thanks ladies!

THE BEST STORE WITH THE FRIENDLIEST EMPLOYEES! The owner should be extremely proud. You must visit this store even if it is just to browse.

Lets start with the staff. There is always atleast 2-3 staff members walking around making sure everyone is taken care of. They never seem to have a bad day and they are very knowlegable. If they dont have an answer for you, they will make sure they find one, one way or another.

Now the products. All top of the line at decent prices! If they dont have what you need, there may be a way they can find it for you or order it in.

There is only one store in BC that even comes close to being as good as Stampede tack and that is Lammles in Kamloops.

Would I reccomend this store to anyone? I would be ashamed if I didnt tell everyone to go.

Only stopped by for a few minutes, as I've always wanted to check it out. The outside is deceiving, as it is an older store and interior. However, their selection is GREAT! Staff was very positive and everybody asked if I needed any help.

I will DEFINITELY be going back to shop when I have more time!

This place racial profiles and you will be followed around the store as well treated with disrespect if you are a person of colour. The 100 year old man working there even followed me to the washroom. I won’t be coming here again.

Best place to buy boots or just about anything western apparel. Decent prices and a good selection. 10/10 customer service from the ladies inside couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience Good Job
