The store would be open at 10am. Now it is 10: 21. It's still closed. It's said the manager forgot his schedule. Terrible!

Ali is knowledgeable and always ready to help any customers.
My computer broken down, he was so patient and have answered so many questions, even tested my power adapter and found the problem.
He is able to work multiple tasks the sametime. After he realized I would have lots of questions, and found out there are other two customers are needing help, he asked me waite a second, helped the other two customers, than came back to me and answered all my questions.
Definitely recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience with the staffs of this store. One of them ‘Mehrnaz’ guided me perfectly and gave me wonderful offer, Another person ‘Ali’ helped me respectfully to find the best option and making right decision. Their customer care and services were great.

Copy center is understaffed and a simple color on cardstock seems to be too complex. Self serve machines do not support 65lbs and up.

This place is filled with cheats, liars and thieves! Do not waste your time and money shopping here.

What an absolutely terrible experience with staples Canada. Customer service and store employees were no help. My order was cancelled, I had to reorder and was told it would be ready in time for Christmas however it is still not ready so my parents will go without a present this year due to unsatisfactory service all around. I am so frustrated with the lack of information that all employees were able to provide. Not only was my order cancelled but no proper reason was given for why and the coupon codes that were sent did not work. I have called and emailed and still no help to the point where one employee hung up on me for no reason. I understand that things happen and I also understand that everyone is stressed and busy around the holiday however no one was helpful or knowledgeable about my order I placed weeks ago. I’m so unsatisfied with this experience that I will not be using this service In the future. I hope the system improves so that no one has to deal with this in the future.

Been calling their location on several occasions and not once do they pick up their phone. Not sure what the point of having a store phone if you cant contact them.

Worst memory from Staples because I applied to a job for my first time after high school and it was Staples. I went in-person to give my resume and rude and dishonest sherry which is supposed to be welcoming but wasn't took my resume with a very rude look on her face and threw my resume on the table. I also asked her if she wants my availability but she rudely and loudly said nooo! I am very sad and I will not forget this lady Sherry at Staples!

Staples Park Royal useless. Found laptop table on their website showing 3 in stock at the store. Once at the store a customer service person said he doesn’t know if they have any then told me to check on their website. I asked a manger who said “you’ll have to look around”. I asked another customer service person who was standing around chatting with two other employees. I let him know according to Staples website there is supposed to be 3 at the store. His response is “trust me the stock count you see online doesn’t mean anything, there’s probably none here”.

Pretty simple in and out for printer ink and an adapter. Although I could complain about the cost of the printer cartridges which is a small fortune; I recieved a $10 credit for giving them my email address. That helps!

ROHAM in the print department is by far the greatest customer service staff I have ever worked with. He was kind, helpful and really went above and beyond for my business needs! I strongly suggest speaking with him at the West Vancouver Staples print department!
