Incredible experience, above & beyond! Tyler, Divisional Sales Manager not only assured that I had the printing outcome I was looking for, but went out of his way to make sure it was done right and quickly. He even ran out to my car in the parking lot to bring me an alternate and final iteration of the print job!

I’m honestly not sure I’ve received service like this anywhere before, let alone at a professional print shop or another Staples location. I would absolutely recommend Tyler and Port Alberni Staples to anyone that needs a professional print job done efficiently! Two thumbs up, thank again Tyler!

They have all the office supplies you could ever need West of Mount Arrowsmith!

Using their printing system is a breeze!

Good selection of office supplies. I would avoid using FedEx drop off here though, sometimes they don't notify FedEx for pick up and the package ends up sitting around for a few days, and they don't give drop off receipts either.

Very pleased to have Staples in town. Large inventory clean store and consistent good customer service. A true staple of the Port alberni valley.

In January of this year I purchased an ASUS laptop from Staples, one month later it had issues with wi-fi connections, Staples sent it away for warranty work, took over a month to get it back. Same issue happened again in June, sent away again, took a couple of days short of a month to get it back, worked for 8 days and had same issue. I told Staples that I would like either a new computer or my money back and I was told there was nothing they could do for me (return policy is two weeks) other than sending it away again, I didn't see the point in going for another month without a computer only to have it work for a week. I understand this is a manufacturer's warranty but Staple sells this product and you would think they would at least try to back the products they sell. I will say that throughout all of this a couple of the employees did try to help me by doing a backup for me the second time it was sent away and I realize that their hands are tied but do feel that Staples should have stepped up. I have dealt with a lot of frustration and time not having my computer and I am telling everyone I know to stay away from ASUS computers and I for one will no longer shop at Staples.

I went into buy a new laptop.
I knew the model and make but after about 15 minutes of getting no customer service I left.
I bought a better one for the same price at best-buy.
Had problems there too, returned it as I was told I could in under 30 days…only cost me 200 bucks for a week……ugggg
