I went to store yesterday to check backpacks and purses for traveling and the Indian guy who helped me was very nice BUT HIS SMELL WAS VERY BAD. IT WAS A MIX OF PERSPIRATION AND CURRY. I KEEP MOVING FAR AWAY FROM HIM. BUT HE DIDN'T SEEM TO GET IT. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Ordered online. Shipped. And then so they say lost in shipping.
I had ordered items on sale paid for shipping. So now I have to reorder items. At regular price. So an extra 50 bucks for the same items. So long staples i Can't really afford you any more! Used to be good. Went downhill in the last couple years.

In store the staff is mostly pleasant and try to be helpful. The issue I have is ordering online they cancelled my order without informing me. I had to call and demand answers and I was told I have to wait for an investigation to be done, im sure they will find a way to blame me. On top of that I lost the sale price so I have to jump through hoops to fight them to give me that original sale price. All in all, staples sucks and for my office supplies ill use Walmart and Amazon, the computer I bought to replace the ordered one came from a far better store. This situation is unacceptable and no amount of rubber stamp apologetic posts they reply to this with will make it right. Good day enjoy the review exposing your failures.

Super fast! Really unhappy with the printing the cards I ordered online they look horrible. Not even the same colour as the proof, the text is really unclear and the card looks like it was printed on cardboard. Couldn’t do anything for me in store had to take the cards I got. Really disappointed normally they do a good job or will re-print if you’re not happy

Poor communication and customer service. (print shop). I ordered photo prints that I was told would be ready in two hours.when I went back to pick them up, I was then told that they were not printed there and would be 2 to 3 days. This was Dec 10 and they were to be for Christmas cards. When I inquired Dec 18, as I still had'nt heard from them, I was told they were being processed. On Dec 20 I was told they were in transit. I went back to the store for a refund Dec 29, since i still had'nt heard from them, and magically they just arrived that day. 19 days for pictures to be processed? I was told they were delayed due to the weather. I will never have pictures done through staples again.

Huge selection of office supplies and a great copy section. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices can be a bit high on some things so it pays to shop around.

There was no stock for some of what was on display. Once I found someone to help me they did a great job of helping me find a good option to purchase.

I was not impressed with the printing department, no written instructions on how to print off your phone. Only 1 employee in the department who offered support at first but then mentioned she wasn't really supposed to do that? !? ! Well who is then!? ! What happened to Customer Service?

A nice staple store - found some bargains in the clearance binds in the store while waiting for my prescription to be filled at another store

Store seems a bit empty - I think they spaced things out more than the past

Masks and sanitizer at the door. Large isles with space for easy social distancing. Found poster paper for. 99 cents which is cheaper than dollarstore!

Got part of what I wanted.the sales clerk wasn't very informative when it came to the other item I wanted to purchase. He didn't even know what it was. I ended up leaving without it.

Over the past couple days of coming to the store, there have been multiple staff members standing around talking instead of helping customers. Found that on a few occasions there were multiple staff helping just only 1 customer instead of each staff member helping 1 customer, might be me but it just seems more efficient that way.

I walked in to get professional photos clicked for my visa. After getting my photo clicked and choosing the size and ratio, I was asked to pay for a USB storage device on which the photo will be copied and pasted. WAIT. WHAT? Selling me $10 USB device and additional charges for the photo. WOW! How about this popular method of delivery these days called as an EMAIL? The whole store reads 'solution selling' from the inside, might as well change it to 'problem creating'.

I bought a package of sticky labels. The price on the shelf was $3.99, but they scanned at $4.49 at the till. When I brought it to their attention and asked if they participated in the Scanning Practices Code (which encourages stores to keep their shelf prices accurate) they told me that they don't. If they did, I would have received the item for free which is a HUGE incentive for them to correct the price discrepancy. But they're too cheap to participate in the voluntary program. Shame on you Staples!
I wonder how many people who shop there are buying things, thinking that they're being charged the price displayed on the shelf, only to walk out of there having paid MORE for the item (s) and being totally unaware.
