I visited this store twice and the employee at the print section was very arrogant
Last week I asked the employee if she could help me to copy a document and she replied to me very rudely I just ignored thinking she might be having a bad day
But today I wanted to print something and I approached the lady on the counter said Hello and asked her She was like Rudely all the instructions are on the paper there. Come on if you’ll don’t like the job look for something else instead of ruining the day for others

Employees don’t know what they are talking about… sells products for the wrong price overcharged me and told me the product I bought was a certain model when in fact it was the lesser cheaper model …if I could give zero stars I would…. Worst customer service of my life asked to speak to a manager and was told they are n vacation

Stop stationary / office supplies shop. Once I bought Liquitex acrylic paints with prices better than Micheals. They should
Include all services in house instead of outsourcing it coz the staff is best here. Better than Aulds road.

Normally it’s not something that I do to edit my pre written review but todays incident there left me no choice. I am writing this with deep resentment to notify authorities to take action on the following:

A) Customer focussed training
B) Pleasantly attired and humbled sales associates who are really willing to work happily.
C) Thorough training should be given before assigning any position within the store.
D). Learning to accept their shortcomings/ lack of expertise and ask for help from another team member instead of trying to intimidate customers.
E) Most importantly, ability to actually « listen » and find a solution with a professional attitude.
F) To include persons from all racial backgrounds to create a healthy competitive environment.
G) creating more streamlined method of contacting customer services for complaints so customers don’t have to rely on writing a bad review to be heard.

I went in a few days ago to print something off. An elderly lady using the printer beside me asked me if I knew how to use the printer to enlarge a photo so I tried to help her figure it out. (Which I couldn’t) So I asked the elderly lady if she asked the print desk to help. She said “she just told me there was a button to push”

So I went to the print desk and asked the lady working how to enlarge the photos on the printer and if she could go help the elderly lady. Her response was an extremely ignorant “it’s a self serve printer for a reason” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? !? ! First of all, she was elderly and didn’t know how to work it, and if she asked for help, then HELP.second of all there was NO ONE else in the area, so it’s not like you were “too busy” to help her. When the worker finally went over she was extremely rude and short with the elderly lady. This kind of blatant disrespect and ignorance Is insane. This lady should be told how to do her job and treat people properly.

I had to pick up a DHL delivery last Thursday, and was helped by a lovely employee named Angel and DHL delivery driver. From the get-go, Angel was friendly, supportive, and efficient! She assisted me quickly and helped me while we struggled to find my package. A fantastic DHL delivery driver who happened to be there (didn’t get his name unfortunately) also assisted, even returning to his truck to see if it was left behind. He explained how the delivery system works, and I decided to return another day:) I did get them very quickly, helped by Angel again! Once again, she provided above and beyond customer service, and I am so thankful for her help. She and the driver deserve recognition for their wonderful service ️

Lisa in the printing department is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find and print images for a wednsday themed pinata I am making for my daughter's 7th birthday party. Thank you again Lisa!

Many thanks to Umang today who had wonderful Customer Service skills when helping me at the courier return shipping desk. He went above and beyond to make sure that all the paperwork was right and turned a Seagall Wrong into a Right!

Best part of Staples is their copy area of copy machines, fax machine and computer that gives you access to download a file or picture from your external thumb driver or cell phone and print or send. It's quite convenient. The fax machine is cheaply priced to use.

Great place to buy office stuffs. I dig the business center, as I've had to use it once or twice, and it really came in handy. Prices were like anywhere else, with a few deals here and there. Decent selection of staples

I went here to use the photocopier in the business centre. I always seem to have issues however. This last time the copier ran out of paper. The last time i was trying to print a pdf from my mobile. It was a fiasco because the process is very convoluted. I ended up using their desktop computer rental station to print which was an added cost because you pay $2.50 per minute. Thank goodness it was only a few minutes but it cost me over almost $6! Another problem is the staff is limited in the business centre and it always seems busy so if you do have a problem you have to wait which can be frustrating.

Kim in the print shop is absolutely incredible! Not only kind but did a fantastic job. I was in a panic and flustered and she made my day. Thank you, Kim.
