If I could give no stars I would. I don’t know if it’s new staff but after Covid the service is horrible no one helped us out as we asked multiple times for help. Ended up just leaving since I waited 20 mins with the staff ignoring me and my family

Staples in Mission is a smaller Staples then you'll find in Vancouver but the staff is much friendlier and easier to interact with. They are knowledgeable, small town friendly and quick to help. Online ordering and pickup at the store is simple and fast. I ordered online in the morning and picked up my order that afternoon. Great little store!

They sold my senior citizen mom a fax, copier, scanner, printer for almost $400 (incl a $70 1yr repair policy). Look at this this thing, for a senior! My mom went in there looking for something "not complicated", that she could use to print stuff that was emailed to her, and to scan and email out. I had no idea about this until she called me with tears of frustration that she couldnt get it to work. Staples wont take it back because she threw away the styrofoam, because she trusted they sold her something she asked for. "uncomplicated". When I spoke to the manager about it today I was told they won't take it back without styrofoam because that's Brother's policy; completely disregarding the fact that it was their sales rep who sold my mom something totally inappropriate for a senior citizen. How about a scanner printer for $110? Nice work, Staples. I'm sure I don't have to say I'll never shop there again, but I said it anyway. Wish I could give zero stars for ripping off my mon

I will never shop at this store ever again. I had a mask on and they kicked me out of the store! No wonder there are no customers in their store. They are defying the law and my rights! They have no right to tell you what kind of a mask you wear as long as it is a face covering!

"The Junction" staples in mission has a manager named "Gabriel" who completely unwilling to help when I was pressed for time and I think that they need to look at service more.

. Other than the stocking of shelves that can be done at any other time than when customers are pressed and desperately need help with a simple thing like a malfunctioning card for use at the print centre.

Fix your hours on your website. I made it out on separate occasions and the store was closed. Very unprofessional.

Honnest and non pusy sales in electronics. Staff had recommendations for computers they didnt sell because I am a student with a tight budget

They want you to spend money at their store but they want you to go to Starbuck's if you need a washroom. Yes, it happened to me. Kept my money in my wallet. No, I won 't be going back to this store.

I originally received help getting a printer toner. It was the wrong one and I had to go back and exchange it for the right one. I was expecting this to be difficult. I was greeted at the front door by someone who was the manager and she asked how she could help. I explained what happened, she asked me to go to the toner aisle. A rep came to help me out with the correct toner and I exchanged it at the till. I overheard her asking the rep if this was a training issue they should discuss. I was so impressed that she wasn’t accusing but helping the staff and better training for future. My experience was easy peasy and I felt like my business was valued and they wanted me back as a returning customer! Indeed I will never go anywhere else but Staples in Mission because they were courteous and knowledgeable and caring and accommodating above and beyond their call of duty! Thank you

This is definitely the place to go for ANYTHING you need! My one stop shop for sure. Great, intelligent, friendly employees and a positive environment. I highly recommend this place!

I like Staples. Their prices can sometimes be a little high but they do price match. I advise taking a bit of time online to check the competition's pricing and then going to Staples to make your purchase. The service is great and they are knowledgeable about their products. Any warranty issues are dealt with quickly, easily and fairly. They make you work at it if you need to return something but that's mostly with online orders as they list third party products; my advice is to avoid anything not available in store. Overall Staples is one of my favourite places to shop.:)

What a wonderful place to shop! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and immediately helped me when I entered the store! Couldn't recommend them more.

Shop here frequently and never a bad experience! Staff is extremely knowledgable, respectful and friendly:) Always approach you straight away to see if they can be of any help. Very patient even with the more difficult customers and I've witnessed a few lol

Store is always clean and organized. Staff is helpful and have always have my paper projects ready and beautiful when picked up!

Customer service is not there! No one has approached to serve ; lookedcaround & walked - out.

The staff at the Mission store are always super friendly and very helpful. They know their products and if they don't have an answer for us they get the answer.

They can never do simple printing tasks. Staff knows nothing managers just as confused. Time after time terrible confused service.

If you do it yourself & check business cards for wrong printing BEFORE you leave the store or they will not do anything after!

This store clearly practices great customer service. Jaime goes above and beyond each and every time. This comment is long overdue. I'm all the way in the Okanagan now and I still will use websubmit to send orders for family if needed and the team is always accommodating.

Staff were absolutely useless manager was even more so.

I really never see anybody in the Mission store. Great. More staff for me. WRONG. The staff does not approach you. When asking a question they assume they have the answer without listening to your question. A double female u.s. B.connector can only mean 1 thing so why show me another item that isn't what was asked?
I also looked at tablets. No help was offered. I bought one at London Drugs instead.
If I didn't want help I would have shopped at Amazon. Staples will soon be out of business in Mission. Good.

They just don’t care. I talked to an associate in sales and while we were talking she was discussing the “break schedule “ with her colleagues! She was particularly unhelpful when I asked for an item. She wanted me to come down to the store to get it (couldn’t be bothered to look it up or check!). So I looked it up online and it turned out they don’t sell it. The response, “Oh well! ”
