Staples Print & Marketing Services

Staff was great and responsive but the Canva App was not accurate to what I received. Had a big unused border on my prints that didn't show in the online app. A little annopying.

The staff here were amazing! But my print didn't come out to the right color, and their printer along with the PDF file sent by Canva would not allow the proper colour printing. This review is more of a reflection on Staples as a whole rather than the team - there should be more quality control. Sai was wonderful and stayed late to try and figure it out with me. They refunded me as well. Staples! Figure it out with your online Canva app! The convenience is great, but find a way to print PNG instead of PDF!

Same day service is not same day service for printing. At least half of the orders Ive sent them has not been printed same day and no one calls to warn you so you can make other arrangements. They just screw you over and are not even that apologetic about it. And you even still get charged for same day service.

I have had to go in and have many of my prints redone due to incorrect sizing and cutting.
