They were out of everything lol. Waited 10 minutes to hear they are out of mocha. Also they returned so many other customers for other things.

Best neighbourhood starbucks. They are polite, greet me and make me feel welcome.
I hope they have the red cups tomorrow for the red cup launch. I hoped to do it uber eats but if not i can come in.

The entire staff of Dubar location is lovely, welcoming and super friendly. My coffee is always as I like it the best.

Staff are nice but super inefficient. So many movements from so many people that translate to not much product moving. In fact at the time of writing this, one lady is making 4 backed up drinks while the others mozy about instead of catching up on orders and doing their tasks after.

EDIT There is 5 employees working.

When I went last the workers their were so bubbly, sweet, and nice! I will be going back some time.

Gosh, this starbucks deals with a LOT of ish from everyone who steps foot in the store.you guys are amazing and super kind.dont worry.

As always good service, and what I like is they always remember my name and My order if I take too long on my phone with the password stuff.

My only grievance with this location is the parking situation. If you're in a vehicle and looking to stop in, your odds of getting a spot in the tiny lot attached to various businesses are close to 0. That said, it's a busy pedestrian area close to bus stops, so no issues if you're on foot.

That said, once you're inside, you're good to go! Fast service and a fairly spacious, clean interior with quite a few seating options.

Had a lovely experience and Ms Nadiya was extremely sweet and professional in giving fantastic suggestions…I had a lovely experience…highly recommend and do have a chat with Nadiya for a guaranteed pleasant experience.

They don’t have time to stir!
Ordered chai latte and all the syrup is settled on the bottom and my drink tastes like just water and milk. It was the worst experience, most of the time there stuff is good but today its just wastage of time to visit them.

Beverages like oat milk shaken espresso makes this place visit very often.every-time I go there try different beverages.

We stood in line for far too long behind some guy doing a TED talk about his Starbucks points. The other barista did not identify that he was a loon and open the other till. I was about to start solving the problem by yelling, but I didn't want to get upset on my day off. Stood in line for twice as long as it took to make the drinks. I was enjoying my day when I went in, and I left as a shell of a man.

This place has a wonderful setting and would be a place to study for while drinking your beverage and enjoying the view (if covid wasn’t here of course) I like the service a lot and everything is clean and very neat. I love it a lot

I love the way they make my drinks in this location I know they all have the same recipes but at this location they taste better

They usually are really good but they messed up my order completely!
I asked for a matcha green tea frapp with 1 pump of syrup and No whipped cream because I’m on a diet…
and they didn’t even bother to follow the instructions and added the usual 3 pumps syrup and whipped cream.

The manager is about as friendly as it gets. I don't think they've got my order wrong once and I go there every day

I usually get my drink from this Location and have always received good customer service but when I went today and ordered my drink, the first lady at the counter started kinda staring at me as I told her my drink and then she said ‘Oh, I can’t take your order because I am geeting off. Then another lady came and as I repeated my order she said that they are out of Vanilla Frappacino
and gave me weird looks as if I have made a huge mistake ordering this drink. My mood got off and I walked out.
This was my worst experience ever at this location.

Best Starbucks to pick up my morning coffee and warmed up chocolate croissant. The customer service here is excellent. Long queue at times but efficient service. I didn't wait long to get my order. I always like my drink extra hot so I don't do mobile orders.

This Starbucks takes the longest to make a coffee are it sucks it takes too long and the people are so slow I would prefer the Fraser Street and 28th avenue they are much better faster service and they have to deal with a lot of people there very quick maybe they should hire the people from there and put them on 49th avenue

Ordered and paid mugs online. When I came by the store to pick it up, I was told that the items are actually out of stock. Waste of time.

People working here are very nice. But they really don't know how to make a starbucks coffee. Especially white mocha. All the rest of the starbucks locations are different taste from this location. May be they need training one more time.
