Consistent, fair priced coffee snacks and food. Service is always good, pride is within each employee and they care. Yes it's a multinational corp that does their thing, and they also support an inclusive, happy enployee base, a great app for ordering ahead and are involved in the community.

Super friendly workers, very organized. I have been to this place twice and unfortunately the tables had food remains and so did the floor.

Place is garbage. If spending 7 bucks for a drink wasn’t a slap enough. I was the ONLY person in the store. They gave me my one coffee, then made me wait about 15 minutes for my next one because “they do them in order”.

So a pile of mobile orders that are just sitting there are just building up, while I site with my one coffee waiting for my second one.

I can understand that system if there were 20 people in the store, do them as they come in…. But I’m the ONLY person in the store. Make my coffee and get back to your phantom orders. Dumb.

I can't rate it more, in general at Starbucks they don't know how to make a coffee with milk. The coffee is always watery.

This store needs to be twice the size, with twice the staff for its downtown location! Drive thru is a joke.
WARNING! If you are in any hurry, do not use this location between 8: 30-9 am! Expect at least a 20 minute wait for mobile orders, in store or drive thru.
**These poor girls are run off their feet! I have to give them 2 thumbs up for their cheerfulness in such a stressful, rushed morning! Way to go everyone

The staff are lovely and the location is great, but I've had a few issues with my orders not being right through the drive through. For example never actually doing light ice, even when it's on the drink tag. Or asking for something heated up. But this location does get quite busy and the staff do their best.

Always a friendly place to go the staff is happy and very knowledgeable about their menu if you're not familiar with it already. Love the patio to sit and watch friendly faces go by and my dog is allowed on the patio which is such a delightful bonus she loves people and everybody stops to say hi to her. Love the old A&W but I couldn't think of a better restaurant/coffee house to fill those shoes. Hands down best Starbucks in town clean cute and friendly.

Really nice friendly staff! My coffee ️ was great! Busy little location in Kamloops. Wheelchair accessible washroom and parking. Not a lot of seating in this location, but the service was great!

The staff at this Starbucks are the BEST.we had an absolutely lovely experience here during a road trip. Usually a stop at a coffee shop is a pretty mundane experience but the kindness of the staff here made this time extraordinary. Thanks!

Despite its small size - it's the best location full stop. Staff is always top-notch and stellar.

Been there every day since my initial review and just ordered at the counter, experience has been better but I'm leaving the original review because it's so rediculous.

Ordered through mobile app and arrived 15 minutes later and only the hot food I ordered was ready, took another 15 minutes after I arrived to make my coffee while they served multiple orders from the counter before me. 30 minutes to make a coffee while my food sat at the counter.

I have never had a bad experience at this location, the staff go out of their way to talk to you and brighten your day. Drinks are pretty good too.

Twice I have bought Earl Grey tea to go recently. Both times the tea was not much hotter than warm. The result: weak + flavorless. A while back I stopped going to SBUX in general due to poor quality drinks. This recent experience has reinforced my belief that SBUX is the place of last resort for me.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. How hard is it to make a drink with flavor. For the cost of your drinks they should taste great! Not that it will make a difference but I won’t be back.

Vanilla Bean Frappe was just fantastic and the staff are very friendly. They deserve a Gold Medal!

Classic Starbucks. Accessing the drive thru a pain in the butt but if you need Starbucks downtown, this is your best bet. Please don't forget the local coffee shops Vic and I think there might be one more close by (they don't have drive through)

I enjoy getting coffee here and the staff are always friendly plus the coffee is good to I prefer it to Tim Hortons so I get coffee here with my family often when we go geocaching and recommend it for anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee for a descent price

I would give a 5 star if the tables outside were cleaned after customers leave. Re: Covid-19. It is nice to have the tables.

We stopped at a Starbucks almost every day on our vacation, best time of year if you like all the pumpkin options. Friendly staff, nice location. We were staying at the Sandman hotel and you walked across this pedestrian bridge, we did this twice during our 2 day stay.
