Great location. Never tried their food due to limited selection. Great staff and atmosphere. Parking is available in the next block. Mostly busy location.

Michelle went out of her way this morning to provide me with excellent customer service. Really made my morning. Drinks were made to perfection. Thanks so much Michelle!

Good service but a bit slow. Coffee and food are standard Starbucks faire. Liked the nice selection of coffee mugs and bottles.

Hey it's a Starbucks. All of them operate pretty similar. Great service and orders are usually perfect.

Maybe you should turn down the music and hear better to get my order right. I asked for a cold drink but got a hot drink.

Every time I order a bagel, they forgot the butter/ cream cheese. You could have told me if you didn’t have any.

Nice little neighborhood place on the corner of a strip mall. There is some parking (one handy cap). My experance was fast and friendly. Good atmosphere /hood. At least you're not getting ripped off by Vancouver city councils new cup tax!

One word to describe this location. It starts with an s and ends with t. Open at horrible, inconvenient hours. Starbucks should pull the plug on this location.

Terrible experience this morning with the barista. She said according to science there's no way to make it no foam.i don't understand why she's the only one can't do it. I have my Latte almost three times a week. I think she needs to another training course. Very disappointed.

Set up needs to accommodate mobile orders more without running into people in their seats trying to have a conversation

The WORST Starbucks I've ever been in! Really disappointed. They mixed all orders and overcharged us! Never will come back to this location!

Starbucks is always good. This location is awesome to get my morning coffee before heading to the highway!

Typically always have a great experience at this Starbucks location with great customer service from the staff. But was pretty grossed out this morning to find 2 dead ants in my drink.

Come to this one for the staff they are amazing and super friendly I love them. Drinks also on point and the line ups if there is one they kill it. So impressed

The coffee is alright and they are convenient. The best thing they have are the pumpkin spice lattes

This is by far the best Starbucks! Not only is it always kept clean and inviting the staff are amazing. I’ve always felt like family. They all have their own personalities and they are free to be who they are. From moms, to college kids, to just your average joe they all work there and it works!

At times they are slammed and there is a line through the dining area, but they always get people taken care of quickly, with great quality and friendliness. Drink not hot enough? Missing something? Mistakes happen but rest assured they will gladly fix your order pronto.

Very slow service. Take lots of online ordering as well as walk-in. Long lining up waiting for ordered. Poor service and one of the worker calling voice is so low that everyone has to look at the cup see who is belonging to

Good service all and all but they always seem to run out of almond milk every time I want it in my drink.

It is like a McDonald in the coffee industry. The service is definitely not consistent in every Starbucks. My barista wasn't able to accommodate simple request and told me it wasn't possible. That's fine, I will just avoid this particular location next time.if I am paying a premium for your coffee I want to enjoy my drink.

Baristas were fast in making my drink, they were really busy and seemed to keep up really well. There is decent parking and a little patio place in the front which is nice!

Parking in front is small and congested. Usually park on the street. Right next to busy street, but I like this one.

Its not often that I submit reviews but I had an awesome experience here. The manager was extremely knowledgeable about the products they had and how the different flavours are complemented by different additions and use of different teas. Hopefully he's the one training the rest of the staff.

Great Starbucks with ample parking. The staff is good and I've never had issues with homeless or junkies hanging out.

First time I visit this location, I wanted somewhere to sit and study for a few hours so I picked this to test based on other reviews and photos. I love the location and the overall spacious seating atmosphere here; especially the single arm chairs. At the time of my visit (1215hrs noon), I counted 8 single arm chairs, 8 low-rise small tables with 2 seats each, and 3 high-rise tables with 2-3 chairs each. So sufficient seating for sure. The usual Starbucks selections, although I was a little annoyed that their self-serve counters (2 of them) were missing cinnamon, but overall cleanliness and organization and the staff’s customer service is worth coming back here! As for parking, unfortunately no customer parking but there is public pay nearby and even free side street parking if you’re lucky! Mo
