Ridiculous that they won't let you use the bathroom to pee.
It was blocked off with mop buckets and wet floor signs. Just ridiculous! Never setting foot in there again

Waited a drink for 20 minutes, We asked the staff for three times about missed our order but they did not double check, only request us to wait. Since a unacceptable waiting time so that we cancelled the order. The worst service in this Starbucks.

Friendly staff but the drive thru is consistently painfully slow. What about having a parking spot for big orders? Not very efficient right now.

Amazing service by them. I visited for picking up an orders and girl over there asked me for water. Thats so humble of her.

Perfect location of a Starbucks like always. This location has outdoor seating which I wish there were more. Good thing is the location is connected to the entrance of bunch of stores that provides easy accessibility. The store is relatively small but does the job. Bonus points for driving the local BC artwork inside the cafe.

I used my own mug for my Chia Tea Latte as usual but there was some water left in the mug. I asked the clerk to dump for me but the senior clerk overheard my request and said “ We cannot dump it for you. ” Immediately I drank it up and gave it back for filling my order. I have written and requested a good explanation for this refusal which didn’t make sense at all!

I am a terrible dad. I ordered a warm kids milk and they handed me a double cupped drink that I gave to my child without testing the temperature. It was scorching hot (too hot to hold without the second cup). Son burned his tongue and his skin turned bright red down the front of his chest where it splashed.

I should have checked. They should have made the kids milk marked warm as warm.

I’m hoping this can get directed to the manager. I’ve had a very stressful travel day with a sick toddler. She was sleeping on me and I was desperate for food. I placed a mobile order but sent it to this store by mistake. I called and the man I spoke to said I could cancel and get in line at the proper store. I briefly explained my situation and he graciously called the store to place the order for me. I just want to say thank you so much. You made a stressful day a little easier.

Hi, i was looking for something good and chilled but was not getting something in my mind. Then Ramandeep recommended me a drink that was so awesome that i liked that too much. As it was the one of best drinks i had. She was too polite and nice that i cant say no to her suggestion and i am so happy to try her recommendation.

Ordered pink drink w/ coconut milk. Item was unexpectedly 3/4 filled with ice! Not enough actual drink. Must be a trainee? Young man Monday 6pm.

Mobile ordered about two minutes before arriving and ended waiting longer than the people in the line when I arrived. Don't advertise "mobile order to skip the line" if you don't check the mobile orders frequently enough for it to be effective. Otherwise the store was clean and the drink was good.
