Starbucks

I am usually buying my coffee at this location. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but the drink was completely white, very sweet and I could not taste any coffee. I tried a few more sips and found that it was just milky water with syrup. No trace of coffee and not even close to how it was advertised. I got a replacement which was nice but a really frustrating experience. I don't think I will be back to get my coffee here if they're not adding coffee to the drinks.

I went in at 6am and their blonde roast was WARM. Fail. Nothing worse than paying for warm coffee.

This location seems to have lost the Starbucks plot. So slow service. The staff is friendly but clueless. Last I was there they were so busy on their own social agenda that it took 5 mins to get my order in and the place was virtually empty.

I got a venti sized drink, thought it felt a little light and when I opened the lid, it was only 3/4 full. I would have rather paid for a grande size since that's all I'm getting.: ')

Today, June 28th, around 8: 30-9 am. I placed a mobile order. I walked in stand right in front of the mobile pickup counter for 1-2 minutes. A barista that time were washing dishes or something and then a Caucasian gentleman with a suit walked in stand behind me. This barista turned around acknowledge that guy behind me first pointed at my drink if that's his. I told her I was here first. She ignored. No apology gave him the drink first. I told her again I got here first. She doesn't care. I was already upset walked back confronted her. She said I didn't show up when she called my name. What kind of excuse is that? I do not feel she treated me and the other gentleman equally. She's blaming me?

Seemed cramped, doors closed; not as I'd have hoped; and the mocha frappe was thinner than if I'd made it

Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff, great selection, delicious drink. Will return.

The Starbucks staff at Fort and Blanchard are awesome, I get greeted by name every morning, they start my drink as soon as I walk in and they are so friendly, I love this location

The Starbucks on Blanshard & Fort has a great team of intuitive & efficient folks working. Coffee is always consistently great. Location is always clean and comfortable.

Ordered two drinks, charged me for three and they messed up the drinks, it wasn't that busy. Super skimpy on the caramel in the caramel macchiato too, just a little drizzle on top, nothing in the drink itself.

Two stars for polite service, no stars for the reminder that there's no ethical consumption under capitalism.

Nice bar style window seats, service is good. Not a large location, only 8 or so seats available, has bathroom.
