Starbucks

I asked for a grande mango dragon fruit with water, I was given a watered down drink with very little berries. I also asked for a venti blonde shaken espresso light ice and my drink tasted like regular coffee with no blonde espresso as well as too much ice. This is not the first time my drinks have been messed up at this Starbucks and I am disappointed.

Slowest drive thru I've been to in a VERY long time. Avoid unless your looking to kill about 30 minutes waiting for a coffee

I have been to Surrey, Horseshoe Bay, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Calgary in the last 2 weeks and this location is the ONLY one that makes my drink right with no confusion!

It is relatively new, so nice and clean. Service was friendly. I'm taking one star off for the "atmosphere": while cleaning up tables, personnel consistently dragged the chairs instead of lifting them. LOUD! And rather unpleasant sound, was impossible to carry out a conversation.

Love Starbucks but the customer service at this specific location was terrible. Overall pretty disappointed

Accidentally sent my app pickup order to the wrong location. The super sweet staff offered to make our drinks for us with no wait. She was so kind, all the staff were!

The feta spinach egg white wrap, rubbery and too hot. The flavour was just like tasteless hot rubber bands.yuk

Just went through the drive through but the service was good, they were trying as best they could to hammer through the line up, coffee was good as expected.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the crew in there in the mornings (generally the only time I go). They always remember my name, make me smile and are just generally lovely!

A big store "Covid friendly" I guess is the reason for the size. Very clean and tidy.

Nice open concept coffee shop with excellent coffee. Super clean and new, staff are freindly, good atmosphere however its very loud inside even with a small number of people. Outdoor seating is available.

Not the way to start the day. Little disappointed this morning when I ordered a dirty chai and when I took a sip found out it was only expresso and milk! No chai. Already on the hwy to Kelowna couldn't turn back. When you pay over 6$ for a drink you kinda want what you ordered. But usually it's a great place, happy, friendly staff.

Just slow and not smart. I saw the drive through was packed so I parked and went in for 1 drip coffee.inside was chaos, and I still had to wait behind the drink queue. Just pour the coffee and get me out of your store! But lots of seating, so just great if you don't have to be anywhere

Best customer service ever in a Starbucks. The people working here treat this business as their own.

Although the line up can get insanely busy for the drive thru, the staff in this place are some of the friendliest that I have encountered in the Okanagan so it is a 5 star rating from me!

What kind of Starbucks runs out of supplies and food, you are a giant corporation. Other companies had goods flown in my plane. You really missed the buck here in supporting your customers during this time. Kinda done with you thanks anyways

The sign on the bathroom door says ask an associate for assistance so I waited in line for what seemed like forever to be able to ask for assistance. The assistance was them telling me to push on the door rather than use the door handle ‍️. Very nice place though. Bathrooms were nice and clean, store was very pretty. We sat and enjoyed out drinks outside on the very comfortable and sturdy outdoor furniture

The person that took my order was super knowledgeable & helpful &, as always, the drinks were great! I can't give a big chain chain coffee shop 5 stars, otherwise I would have. Great job crew!

One of the best Starbucks locations. Always remember my name and the americanos are almost always fully hot.

Enjoyed sitting inside and having a cold drink. Ordered the petite scones. Picture showed 3 little scones, but you only get one. Did I need 3, No but photo was misleading

The staff was efficient, kind, and accurate. My order was made with precision as I ordered online and it made for a smooth transition of picking up. I didn't wait long when I ordered with the app, and I would recommend this mode of ordering to avoid long lines and waiting inside.

If you are in a hurry don't go through the drive through. Waited 30+ minutes on two seperate occassions. No escape lane so you are stuck until you get through.

Although indoor seating is currently a Covid-19 no-no they do have a good size patio, in the sun And the baristas are very nice.

Had to get the coffee remade - not the first time either (short on milk froth and very bitter). They did it again 2 days ago. I'm not going there again. I don't think I've ever returned a coffee at Village Green or Hwy 97 Starbucks.

Horrible customer service. Some miserable staff member tried to take my order without even speaking to me. I asked if she was open and she nodded but still wouldn't speak to me. She acted as of she was deff but finally had to speak when she asked if it was two shots of espresso. Most unpleasant customer service ever. What is happening to this world?

Slow slow slow. Terrible service continually. Won't be returning after a 47 minute drive thru wait.

I ordered a coffee with cream, I stated cream twice and the lady say a different product I can not pronounce, It tasted horrible so I threw out my drink.
