Starbucks

I order an ice chai tea latte and had to ask for it 25 minutes after I had ordered it. The sticker with my order had been stuck on the table and forgotten about. Get better staff

Standard starbucks stuff, just very long wait times, waited 25mins for a walkin order (single latte) place did not appear overly busy

Writing this review while waiting in drive thru. 45 minutes so far and still have 2 cars ahead.

Ordered a drink by walk in, not order ahead, probably a 10 min wait, seems to be improving. Before I would need to use app to order ahead for drink pick up and need to plan 20-30 mins in advance, etc.on some days they would turn off the option to order ahead, I assume maybe because short staffing issues, which is a common retail problem nowadays it seems.

The barista does a good job of saying which drink they are working on, and who is next so you know where you are in the que. Seems this location is trying their best to reduce wait times, I would say if you're very busy and in a hurry, give yourself lots of time for the order ahead option here through your Starbucks app, (could order drink extra hot in the options so it stays warm), or choosing a Tim Hortons drive through instead could be a safer bet if you're in an absolute rush.

Had quick service and friendly without ordering on the app.
The only complaint is that the store is warm.

Honestly just going in there for a coffee not to big filled the atmosphere of the gay pride/ transgender mentally Ill flag and people it’s really sad will no longer be supporting woke Starbucks

Starbucks is extremely understaffed and we can’t forget these people are extremely underpaid, although I do get frustrated about the wait- it is not the employees fault and for the amount of abuse these people take from customers everyday- no wonder they don’t want to exert themselves for a minimum wage job.maybe if Starbucks properly staffed their facilities and gave their employees a proper working environment this wouldn’t be a problem. Don't come here if you can't wait

You're better off driving to Seattle. Holy! The line is so slow. No sense of hustle here. Bring your patience because you're gonna need it.

Very slow and disorganized. They filled half the order then did about a dozen different orders before completing the order. Go next door to the Starbucks in the Safeway.

Great coffee extremely friendly staff that remember your order say hi to you when you enter say goodbye to you when you leave just a little personal touch something you don't see often keep up the amazing work

It's a Starbucks. But this one let's you enjoy the ambience of the drive thru lane for a decent amount of time along with multiple other people that have come to enjoy the same experience. Enjoy!

There’s only 3 car in the line and took almost 30 minutes to get my order service need to speed up!

Love the spacious layout and vaulted ceilings. Lots of natural light. All in all a good Starbucks location. Service is always friendly.

Ordering through drive thru is hit or miss I'd definitely download the star bucks app for accurate ordering they tend to get very busy and miss things sometimes. But over all a good place for a coffee

This location isn't equipped to handle any kind of volume through the drive-thru. If there is more than 1 vehicle in line, be prepared to wait upwards of 20 minutes just to get a coffee.

What can be said about a cafe that always has great service, awesome staff and an americano that has always been spot on for as long as i can remember? Starbucks is Epic and this location is no exception, keep up the good work.

So disappointed with this Starbucks. When you pay for a drink it should be made to the specific instructions! Asked for a iced matcha latte with extra matcha and when I got the drink it was milk because of the new “no milk in the shaker rule”. I UNDERSTAND THAT COMPLETELY. The barista even broke the rules to shake it but I still couldn’t taste the matcha. Maybe put the matcha in the cup so I’m getting what I paid for? !? Don’t argue with me that you can’t do anything else because you’re swamped and lazy. Needless to say left my “milk” on the counter. THANKS ALOT STARBUCKS.

Why are you looking at reviews of Starbuck? They are all the same. Each Starbuck does the same thing. And they sometimes spell your name wrong, but that's ok because it's always friggin hilarious!

An excellent addition to the Fort St John scenery.
Update as today january 27,2019: was there today for a few hours and my review stays the same.excellent as far as I'm concern.
