Starbucks

I have only just recently started using this Starbucks location. It is just wonderful! The staff are friendly and on the ball. They remember their customers.and yet it is a very busy place.and greet them with a friendly smile. It has become my 'go to' place. I know I will always get good service and feel the great vibe.

The employees here are super nice, great for convo, and go that little extra that makes my morning commute to work better.

This is my most local Starbucks so I order here a lot. 90% of my orders are either messed up or take an exorbitant amount of time to prepare (I’m talking 10 min for an iced americano at 1pm). Half the time my order is sitting on the counter ready to go while the barista stares into space ignoring me. Not sure where they find their staff but clearly they’re either not trained properly or not getting paid enough to do their job properly. Do better Starbucks.

I don't understand why every single time I order coffee with lactose-free milk and whipping cream, however, they are automatically not adding whipping cream to my coffee. Please, I don't need to remove it. Can the store make exactly what we ordered?

Great place. They honored my birthday drink that I missed the day before! My pumpkin chai latte was so good!

Went through the drive through this morning and had Morgan as our barista. She went above and beyond being friendly, helpful and made it a positive experience. Best service I've had at this type of place in a long time.

Just went through the drive through and had the most organically friendly interaction with Jordyn! We were joking about old starbucks stories and how she spilled ice on herself earlier, haha! Will be back just for her!

Staff are 5 stars. Coffee is very good, always. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the baked goods which are often thawed from frozen. Meh.

Always quite a pricey place for just a coffee Food is way to pricey for whatever it is they call sandwiches

Good service, but I swear they don't heat the store. Bring a blanket with you if visiting in the fall and winter months.

I came to grab some coffee at 1816 and they closed both the doors even tho the sign says it closes at 1900 on the door. I knocked too and the girls ignored me inside. I even went to the drive thru. It was so unprofessional of them. Never gunna come to this one anymore.

There is a drive through here. Quick location to grab a coffee when traveling on Mary Hill Bypass.

Friendly staff and great setup to support social-distancing while maintaining a smooth flow through the store!

This is a good Starbucks it is like all the other Starbucks franchises.if you like one you will also like this one

This Starbucks is always our last stop, before heading on the hiking trails.
Nice patio, however, lots of traffic passing by for different drive-thrus.

I give this store 5 stars bc I went and order. My debit card didn’t work, so I didn’t order anything. But when I was about to leave, one of the barista gave me a free drink. All the workers are amazing.

The employees here are top notch. I have been coming to this location daily for over a year and they only have ever got my order wrong one time. When they did I figured human error and didn't worry about it. Without bringing it up, the next time I was in, they knew thier error, apologised profusely and replaced my beverage. I love the service here.

This is one of the loudest locations. The music is always so loud that we have to yell at each other. As more people come in the volume increases. I actually bring ear plugs when I'm here.
This is not a night club. It's a place for people to meet up and enjoy each other's company.
Please turn the music down and make the environment more enjoyable.

The Starbucks at Blundell Center their staff are great, friendly and helpful, I don't go there as often as I used to but when I do you get the same quality of help and service

Says open until 10: 30pm online and we just went at 10: 15pm and they are already closed. Update your website if it’s inaccurate

Very typical starbucks, parking can be a little crazy depending upon the time. Staff seem well organized here. The place is kept clean and is conveniently located.

Best coffee I had in a while, I haven't had much luck with my coffee lately in other locations. This Starbucks rocks. I would definitely return even though they're out of my way.

Ordered a caramel macchiato and there was no vanilla or caramel in it and waited 10 mins. Every time I go to this Starbucks my order is messed up. This was probably my 7th visit. Unreal.

My drink was made quick, but the barista on bar didn't look up to smile or say hello. When he finished my drink, he put it down on the handoff plane and didn't call it out or say my name to indicate it was ready. No words or indication of acknowledgement of my presence was made, not once.

The two girls that helped me at till both times that I ordered were very pleasant and friendly! Kudos to them for making me feel welcomed to their beautiful store.

It is very cold inside this location, as it usually is every time I visit. Tables and floors are very dirty.
I was there visiting for over an hour and not one barista came out to sweep or bus tables and condiment stand. There are 6-7 employees working. There were also several spills all over the lobby floors and no wet floor signs were to be seen.
The washrooms were in awful conditions with spills all over the floor; could've been water or urine, not sure at this point. There were also nasty stains running down the walls and toilet paper and hair all over the floors and sinks.

All in all, my visit was 3 stars because my drinks were both made very well, but overall atmosphere and cleanliness could have been better.

One time when I went through the drive thru, the lady taking the order was so cheery and positive, she sounded like a robot at first, it was one of the only times I've been compelled to tell the manager what a great job the employee was doing, I was in a hurry, but I regret not doing it. My girl loves Starbucks cups, so I stop in here from time to time on my lunch break if I want a quick and easy present, good selection of cups, and the drinks I get here are always well made and made fast. Never had my order made wrong here, great location.

I used to go this location when it opened up. I rarely ever go now because the staff s are horrible they never smile they are always grampy. I went there couple minutes ago and nothing has changed

Worst starbucks ever. Mobile ordered 10 minutes ago, walk into an empty starbucks with three employees all standing in a circle chit chatting. They haven't even pulled the order sticker off the machine yet as they're too busy talking and not doing their job. This is not the first time this has happened either. Get it together or find another job. It ain't that hard serving coffee.

Inaccurate inventory issues when ordering with the app. Several times when I make a mobile order with a food item, they tell me it's not there when I arrive and I have to make a last minute substitution. Disappointing and never worth tipping.

Lots of people change and to my surprise they were closed before 9pm and mess around inside and out.
