I might have visited there at a busy time doesn’t matter waiting for your order, but I don’t think we have enough staff compared to the large number of customers The employee who took the order looked too busy Maybe he was confused, So he spelled my name backwards I really doesn’t matter to write the wrong name because he looked so confused but I didn’t know my drink was came out for almost 20 minutes because my name wasn’t called so I had to drink a beverage that melted ice I’m unhappy about that All the staff are friendly One problem is that there are too few employees for the number of customers

I usually always go for my morning coffee and I’ve been served by Bella a few times and she always greeted me with a big smile and a happy face and recently I have been going and the people taking orders just seem to be rude and not engaging

I order a venti extra hot latte through the drive-thru. I get a vanilla extra hot latte and have to drive back. I advised them you gave me the wrong drink and ask for a venti extra hot latte. Once again they give me a vanilla extra hot latte. The place wasn't even busy. I was the only one in the drive-thru twice. Don't even know what to say. I think I'll just make my coffee at home if people are that incompetent.

Was busy on the phone while visiting but couldn't help myself from noticing how polite, soft spoken and cheerful the staff was.

I placed order on drive thru. First, they gave me a hot coffee instead of ice which I order and even didn't say sorry. It was fine. I could be my mistake or just staff can't listen clearly.
However after I leave the store and drink coffee it has no syrup at all which I ask light one. I should go back 5 min drive and ask the manager "SARA" should it supposed to coffee with custom syrup. She just took the sticker and re-make my coffee without any sign of sorry or apology. I asked her "Isn't it supposed to be sorry? " she said "There are many other place you can use". She was arrogant and repeat same answer automatically like a robot.
I seriously want to asking is this how starbucks treat for wrong service? The one thing I wanted is say sorry with sincerity and she didn't and she never feel like. Such a disapointing.

Coffee was delicious as was the cheese danish but it's so expensive, it's a once in a while indulgence.

Annoying. Had to repeat my order 3 times this morning because the girl in the drive-thru was goofing off. Then she completely got my order wrong. I asked for a grande blonde roast in a venti cup with 2 creams/2 milk and a flavour shot on the side. After a long wait in the drive thru, she gave me (and charged me for) a venti DARK roast that was full to the brim. She forgot my flavour shot. No stir stick. Didn’t realize my coffee was disgusting until I hit the highway. If you’re going to charge me $7 for a drink, at least have better service than that. Complete waste of money as that drink was thrown out.

Drive thru was busy of course. But drinks were made and ready when pulled up to window. Only issue we had was having to repeat a few times when placing order.

Beautiful location with lots of seating available. What really sets this location apart from the others is the service. Warm friendly service that don't mind going the extra mile to make sure your well taken care of.

This Starbucks drive-thru is famous for being really really slow. I go 3 times a week and every single time regardless there is 2 cars waiting in the drive-thru or 15 cars. The wait time is the same. About 25 minutes wait in the Drive-Thru line up.

The “Barista” don’t really understand the concept of a Drive-Thru are meant to be “Quick”

Hope someone at Starbucks corporate reads this and do something or just go there yourself at the drive-thru.

The baristas at this store work so hard and you can tell! Monica specifically was super kind and friendly when she took my order, and my drink tasted amazing! Thank you guys for the experience:)

I've always had the best experience here at Starbucks - Sara and Keisha especially are some of the nicest baristas I've ever met. They're great at making me feel welcome and included in the store! Sara even memorized my order which made my day:)

Too long of the line and the staff tried to steal from me. They charged me double the price for no reason. Also the drink quality is worse.

Starbucks.a place of "inclusion". Hhhmm. So this is not the first time this has happened, but its the first time i am posting something about it. So i walk in to my usual place. The difference is that im wearing a Christian messages sweatshirt. As i was walking up, the one young girl immediaty walks back and says very softly if someone can help me. I thought that wad interesting. She didnt wvem say a word to me before she walked away from serving me. Then i stood there with a smile and waited to be served. 1 girl was sweaping the counter, one was making drinks, the other was actually very close to the till but was doing something - nothing that looked important. No one wpuld acknowledge me.but they did notice my sweatshirt. I cant read their minds but it looked pretty suspicious to me. Nit even a hello, nothing. 2 of the 5 girls on staff were not doing much at all.the other 3, well one could have grabbed my 3 second order. Some inclusion. But having said this.this is not the first tome it has happened at a starbucks when i wear Christian messages clothing. Quite disappointed but not surprised. I cant confirm nor deny thatthe motives of the staff were malace at all, but to me on the other side it sure looked and felt that way. Disappointing to say the least. To be looked at and ignored so openly.says alot about things today. Sad.

This store is way better than the one they have in Coquitlam Centre near Walmart. Definitely not as crowded. Despite not being the fastest service, it has nice outdoor seating spaces and your stuff doesn’t come looking like it was made in a rush.

My order took forever. It made me late for a meeting. They didn't even work on our order until we had to ask how much longer. We stood there in front of them the whole time. No one asked if we were helped already or anything. We just felt ignored and invisible.

Similar to other reviews, be prepared to wait 20 minutes! Walk ins are much slower than drive thru. I let them know I was there, and then I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order (I’ve waited over 10 minutes in the past a number of times here). There were other people who were already waiting just as long. They were fully staffed and consistently making drinks, just not as many for walk ins. It wasn’t busy when I got there, but the waiting area got more and more crowded. They definitely served more cars than walk in customers as the drive thru was completely full to the street when I got there but it was almost empty when I left. There were a number of completed mobile orders but they sat on the back counter and no one was calling out the names. On top of that, they didn’t call out my name when mine was completed, but made a few more orders instead.

2 stars is for the quality of the coffee. Service was abysmal. I was having my car serviced nearby and thought to walk in for a coffee while waiting. Well that was humiliating! Standing, hoping to be acknowledged, eye contact or anything to value me as a customer. The place was of course jumping with staff flying about serving the drive through customers. Peter Drucker wrote "what gets measured gets managed". Time from order to completion for drive through customers is measured and managed. Not so for walk ins and it is painfully obvious.

In the past three times I have been here they have been out of medium and dark roast coffee, and grande and venti cups.how can a coffee shop be out of coffee and cups.

Service not at par with other Starbucks locations, poor customer service make sure that you eat before you go to get your breakfast order, it will be awhile before you will get it.
They don't make any effort to acknowledge you and definitely it looks more like a Tim Hortons.

To be honest i don’t usually leave reviews but my experience at this location, with one particular employee was so bad i couldn’t ignore it.i had come into the store to grab my drink and this lady with purple hair was being so unnecessarily rude to me and even the other people working.she kept being snippy and everyone was so uncomfortable, myself included.when it was time to get my drink i noticed it had been made wrong so i politely asked her if she could remake it and she just rolled her eyes and gave me so much attitude.definitely not what you expect when visiting starbucks.

Evening staff might have some recipes wrong, I visited with my friend the last two time, ordering Honey Oat Latte, it was quite disappointing because they tasted quite different:), I had no issues in the mornings.

It's starbucks! So what do you expect? ! Just a bit crazy at the drive through some times. Very good spot for sitting with your laptop.

I have a concern. I was on my daily run and didn't have a Tshirt on. I walked in to place an order. I got my food. But I was told by the staff that I am not allowed to be inside without a t shirt are you sure I askedis this rhe same Canada I know or a 3rd world country. I felt very offended. I have just come out from my favorite place Starbucks and I am really sad. I would not have complaint if I was written anywhere or there would be a specific notice for the same. But nothing mentions about any dressing attire anywhere

Thanks so much to the awesome staff who brewed a big pot of coffee for me on short notice. The vet staff enjoyed it! The staff are really positive and friendly. I had a great experience. Beautiful space, love the design of this location. Too bad you can't sit inside right now.

Always get my caramel drizzle wrong. What's the point of sweet vanilla cold foam if there's no drizzle. I'm ordering EXTRA caramel drizzle to get EXTRA. Not 0.

Worst dtive through experience. 45 minutes wait while everyone walking inside is gettjng drinks and coming out but no regard fo traffic piling up. Maybe the worst Starbucks experience I have had. Never coming back.

Just waited 15 minutes for a tall pike. That was all I ordered. Lots of employees standing around and 2 racing around. This is partly an issue of store design but if you have that many employees behind the bar one could be in charge of pouring a drip coffee.

Your standard neighborhood Starbucks. Too bad sitting is not allowed but they service remains on par with before. Parking is awkward and limited, but seems to be mostly available regardless. During pre-COVID era, they used to have lost of college students; not anymore and I hope it returns back to normal soon.

Friendly and accurate service always! The drive through can get very busy but the wait time is always reasonable. They work efficiently so the time line scales with the length of the line

Good experience for strawberry fraps. 1 star less because of the giant line ups at the drive thru most of the time all the way to the street. Cars sometimes waiting on both lanes creating a traffic Jam. Not really safe.

One of the most relaxing Starbucks around. I enjoy going in here to see the world go by as I sip on an amazing drink. The staff are nice, too bad for COVID, I can’t enjoy it that much anymore.

Good coffee. Drive through is super busy. Bring a mask to walk in. The line often goes out to the offramp for drive through.

Great neighborhood Starbucks. Well placed fir drive through and great seating space inside and outside. Everytime I've gone to this Starbucks, I have found the staff to be super nice.

Awesome staff - they make my morning every time I’m here but it’s the slowest drive through. I expect to be in line for 10+ minutes every time. The last few times were at least 15 minutes.

Everyone is so welcoming. I Always place mobile order and it’s ready on time. All the staff do their best to insure the covid-19 protocol are followed.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I often use the drive-thru which is quick and efficient, and staff are always very polite and friendly.
