Ridiculously slow and no Organiztation the Indian girls there try to make 5 drinks at once and had them out in no particular order even if you ordered first the 5th person in line will get there’s first possibly

Always the same quality no matter which one you go to very reliable and predictable service and quality

This is NOT dark roast coffee. It’s dirty dish water. Didn’t taste til I got back to work. No coffee to hold me through the day in Medical practice.

Sometimes closed for no reason, limited selection, company cafeteria tables, not cozy or comfy at all

Not a real Starbucks, it's run by safeway, (inside Safeway) that's what the barista said.you can't collect points, you can't use your Starbucks app for anything. No free refills, limited menu. Go to the real stand alone Starbucks for the real experience.

Always appreciate the customer service at this Starbucks. Staff are patient and give their best effort.

I like them as baristas and as people. This location attracts a lot of people who seem demanding and difficult to deal with in terms of their caffeine expectations. The staff handles them all well and it's a vibe. It's fun to go there and people watch.

Don't go to Starbucks too expensive coffee is bitter.not my " cup of tea "

How come it opens at 7am while the safeway building opens at 8am? How do they let people in there?

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks. I drink Starbucks coffee daily. I came here and ordered a dark coffee at 2: 30 pm. I was told they stop selling dark coffee at 2pm because no one buys and it gets wasted. She offered me a pike I kindly decline and go to the Starbucks on Como Lake and buy a dark there wth no issues.
Few days later I come back here at 1: 40pm and ask to buy a dark coffee. She says sorry we don’t have any left. I said can you brew a new since it’s not 2pm yet. No because it’s to late and if we brew one now it may go to waste. Fine. I go to Como Lake Starbucks and buy one there with not issues. I come here again today at 6: 15pm. I asked if they had dark he said no they stop brewing it at 2pm. So I asked what do you have. He said we may have some Pike left but it may not be enough. I said ok if there isn’t enough can you brew more Pike. He hesitates. I said isn’t this a coffee house? But you don’t sell coffee? Starbucks doesn’t close for another 2 hours. He said let me see if we have enough. Luckily there was. My question is what kind of Starbucks doesn’t sell coffee 2 hours before close? I hope someone in the main upper management reads and addresses the issues they have at this location.

Would you please tell me the closing time on Monday.
My wife and I visited this place this evening around 7: 30pm though. But there's no one in there. Even we saw some couple of costumers for coming this place when we go back.
It is very confusing.

Barista Maria was an excellent server! She is carrying the entirety of the company! Best Starbucks in Vancouver!

Four months into COVID-19 pandemic, and this is my "go-to" Starbucks on weekday mornings around 8: 30am. I usually grab a tall pike before heading to work. The baristas are professional and caring. Tabitha makes a good double-double. Nikola is attentive; asking me what kind of sugar I prefer each visit, and also double-checking how much cream to pour into my coffee (because of COVID, the condiments station is unavailable). Very courteous! 5 stars!

Pretty bad customer service. I purposely ordered an easy to make drink because the staff seemed overwhelmed yet they made the person behind mes two drinks before mine. Next time I’ll just go across the street to coffee and vanilla.

Everytime I go here there's usually 1 person working so expect very long waits. Also, the employees are inexperienced and not very polite. I ordered a French Vanilla Latte that tasted like warm milk with no vanilla taste at all. When she handed me my drink I took a taste and half the cup was full of froth. This isn't the first time. It's unacceptable, especially when it cost over $5 for a drink. When I mentioned it to the employee she gave me a dirty look. Stay away from this location.

The staffs do not know what they're doing nor do they care. They are disrespectful and have awful attitudes towards their customers. My two visits to this location was during non-rush hour where they had two staffs. I ordered 1) a Grande mocha and 2) a Tall steamed milk. First off, unless I ask for "extra foam", please don't give me extra foam and like 1 cup/250ml worth of coffee. Second, if I asked for a specific size, please make my drink that size. Third, when I asked for steam milk, the staffs should ask whether that's with whip cream or not (because consistency matters). I work in the downtown court area and frequent 3 different Starbucks regularly and have never experienced anything remotely as annoying and unprofessional as this.

This a new location so some of the staffs are still on training but they're way better than other starbucks in other safeway location. They have nice and comfortable seats with view to the street, staffs never messed up with my complicated drinks. Even when they have the free reusable cups, I went around 10am in the morning and still have the cup for me. And while you're waiting for your coffee, you can shop around for your groceries.

Nothing wrong with coffee or service except no MUGS for costumers enjoying HERE. We understand all Starbucks franchises offering seating are supposed to have cups and presumably a dishwasher. Don’t support this location until they (literally) clean up their polluting act

When you massively advertise Free reusable cup with the purchase of a grande holiday drink "All day while supplies last", but in reality you only stock up like 10 free cups per location and run out by late morning.that's false advertising and a gimmicky way to get more customers in. It's bad.really!

The staff at this location are worse than regular Starbucks. They always seem confused. We bring reusable cups to avoid unnecessary garbage and the staff will measure the coffee in a disposable cup and then throw it away which defeats the purpose of the reusable cup.

This has happened 3 times now. They should get a measuring cup if they feel the need to double check every time.
