Double charged even when I told them the debit said approved. 52 dollars paid for two coffee and egg bites.

My husband and I always come to this starbucks and they are always friendly, quick and polite. Very nice people work here. It's a busy starbucks and not very much seating is available. They have outdoor seating options which is nice in the summer.

I don't usually go to starbucks because it's too expensive butI needed a drink of water so.

Seating outside is ample, but is right besides the drive through so you will be sitting near idling cars and getting all the fumes.

The table we had was stained and despite the well-staffed counter not one person bothered to clean. On the floor in the womens bathroom was pee. The drinks and the baristas were Starbucks usual, just as the music was awful tootling. Nothing special

The guy at the window, in the afternoon shift, is very unfriendly, he does not ask the sizes of our Frappuccinos.when they were delivered they were too liquid, nothing like a frappe. Both Frappuccinos were the same, half of one was more whipped cream than nothing.

Super nice staff! There was a long line for drive through so I was expecting to be there for awhile. But it actually took like 5 minutes!

Starbucks is always awesome! Thanks for the soy latte. Now we need a few vegan options, please.

Go through the drive-thru almost every Sunday, no complaints here. Service is usually fast and courteous.

I Hate drive thru locations because they are scary! They are covered in bushes and people can attack you. I just like to walk everywhere. Cars are SCARy. KBC

This is quite a busy location but the staff is amazing and very hard working. Although it looked like a war zone in there, the wait time was significantly short and I was able to go in and out in less than 15 mins. Impressive!

The staff are super friendly and quick. The Starbucks app works great for pre-order and pick up. I have only had to wait once for a couple of minutes for a pre order.

Mis-ordered an item on the Sbux app. Went through drive-thru. The young lady was able to accommodate without charging any extra. One star off due to not being as friendly as other Sbux. Overall, an average location at best.

Had a wonderful experience last night. It wasn't crowded, had a nice outdoor seating area. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great visit

For some reason starbucks has been declining in quality over time. There used to be standards when it comes to hiring and training new employees but it seems like not anymore. Starbucks used to be famous for its brand, and coffee isnt like what it used to be. They charge drinks which are high in price but the service and quality is serverly lacking. I have visited this location on numerous occasions thinking they will improve but they dissappoint me everytime. I would rather give my money to companies which pay close attention to quality and service. When I am paying over $5.00 for a drink its got to be done right.

I received rude service today (March 27). The woman who took my order definitely seemed like she hates her job, and was very impatient when taking my order.

I ordered two iced vanilla lattes, and I asked for them to be non fat and with less pumps of vanilla. Simple requests, however she made it seem like I was causing a lot of trouble even though I didn't do anything to her. When I received my order, I was given two hot lattes rather than iced ones, and I politely asked another (much kinder) lady for it to be iced. The woman who took my order overheard and abruptly said 'you wanted iced? ! '. I said yes, and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. In a snide way, she told the other barista 'Sorry. I didn't hear that AT ALL'.

As someone who also works with various people, this is not the way you should treat someone that wasn't even giving you a hard time to begin with.

I ordered with the Starbucks app ahead of time and it had the option of curbside pickup. When I got there I checked in and was waiting 10+ minutes for someone to bring my purchases to the car. No one came so had to go inside to pick it up. The iced coffees were on the counter waiting for me. Sorry, but was a little annoyed. Would not suggest to do curbside pickup from this location.

Enjoyed my especially requested matcha tea without sugar and ice. Thank you for the courteous services at the window they updagerded to grande.

Very quick and polite. They look like they are working very hard as they had to manage many drivethru customers with walk-in customers as well.

I had a great experience for my birthday drink! One of the baristas recommended a drink and added extra flavours saying it will taste really good, and it tasted fantastic! So good that I went to get another one the next day

Pretty much the same as other Starbucks locations but I like the fact that's it's more open on the inside (or so it seemed due to probably the lack of indoor seating due to COVID-19).
Staff is friendly and provided quick service.
There's a drive through at this location too.

Ordered coffee for curb side pick up, they never came out. Turns out they completely shut off their curb side pick up system in the store. How would customers know that?

Come to this location often. It is a very busy location. I always order ahead and don't make the mistake of going through the drive thru. It's always easier to place my order and pick it up at the minimum time suggested. I usually just walk in and out much faster than waiting in the drive thru.
The location has always been clean and great ambiance. The employees till date have never gotten my order wrong. Drinks here always taste great, and staff are super friendly. Whenever I am in Richmond this is the only location I go to. Highly highly recommend it.

Service was quick but customer service was a bit abrupt and lacked any kind of friendliness. Trays were rudely thrust at us without a word, with our coffees on them, presumably so employees touched only the trays and did not come into contact with the outside of the cup of customers' coffees?

They also got both of our identical two coffee orders (venti vanilla lattes with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder in each) wrong. One had two PUMPS of vanilla syrup and the other was a half-sweet vanilla bean latte. ‍️

This starbucks has the best staff.i could of watch them breeze through the orders one after another all day.the multitasking, communication and the details for each order.ive never seen staff members work so efficiently and effortlessly together.each staff member did what they needed to do to get it done.bravo to whom ever trained these staff members, this starbucks is the best!

Placed an order for mobile pickup and it was made and ready at the exact time that was estimated, thanks to the amazing staff.

A small and crowded cafe. A place sought by rushed drivers or by customers of shops in the area.

Not enough places to sit, one lady was super nice not so much the rest though. It's nice they have a heater outside when you have no other choice but to sit outside and it's cold.

Good parking and plenty of space with plugs - it can get busy though so there's a chance you might not be able to get seating if you go during their busy times since people go to study

When I changed work locations 7 months ago I knew I'd need to find a new Starbucks location for my morning run. This location has been a disappointment. They've "lost" my mobile order on a few occasions, no one ever greets you when you arrive to pick up the order, or acknowledges that you're there, and I've had more than a handful of snappy responses from the the employees when I've interacted with them. Sadly, it's quite obvious they are Drive-thru driven here. I understand mornings are busy, but I'm giving up and opting to try another location.

Terrible experience, long waiting time and bad service, coffee is worse than other Starbucks. Do not recommend this place

This place is one of the reasons I stopped going to Starbucks. UPDATE: Thought I'd give it another go after 8 months. Still can't make a simple espresso, tastes burnt and sour. Recommend going anywhere else.

It's Starbucks, nothing really special or memorable. My experience and expectations from a coffee shop/fast food restaurant usually aren't that memorable nor is the bar that sets the standards for me very high really. As an former Starbucks employees though, I suppose my predisposed thoughts of Starbucks as a whole may be a bit jaded. Oh well.

I'm am American and I was very interested to find that this location has a black sesame tea latte! I didn't try it but the variety really peaked my interest.

Very easy to find parking and all the tables have built in power supply for your lappys. Fairly good amount of seating thanks to it not being attached to any SkyTrain stations. Great hang out with your car friends. Pic is from outside the shop where I managed rockstar parking.

I bought mango dragon fruit with coconut milk here yesterday, i drink all day long, feel life is really fantastic.

After the renovation and addition of the drive-thru, it looks pretty nice and has more open space.which is a good/bad thing because it's still lacking in sufficient indoor seating but at least it's open til 11, so it's a bit quieter at night. Didn't have any problem with ordering, friendly staff.

It’s a Starbucks! Nothing special about it, at least it’s close to sea island if you’re needing your fix before you go to work out that way

Terrible. Gives me the wrong sandwich. Also doesn’t cut in half like I had requested two times. Then when I get to office, and take a bit of this horrible sandwich, I call to let them know but the phone is either busy or no one answers. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Just happened at 2: 30 pm.

Went to grab a Coffee and no milk on the dispenser I’ve ask nicely to this guy name WILL and he just gave me a stare down waited 5 minutes for it and he came back and just gave me another look.

Still not sure why people goto star bucks in India. India has so much variety to chose from when it comes to coffee or tea. Starbucks is selling their coffee at American prices.even though Indian workers salaries are no where near Americans. Some how Indian feel privileged to goto star bucks.what a joke. Oh well.even Mc Donalds is a fancy restaurant in India according to some.

Good quiet area with lots of parking and drive thru is available as well. Wish their coffee could be more consistent
