Customer service is top notch- always friendly staff here - my order was quick - drinks were great!

I had an appointment, so I ordered coffee through mobile order so I could pick it up quickly. However, people who came before me received their coffee, but my order did not arrive even after 15 minutes. They missed my order but didn't apologize and just said it was because they were behind on orders. The woman who made my last cup of coffee really made it roughly and gave it to me. I always drink chestnut praline latte in the winter, but this is my first time making a chestnut praline latte that is so poorly made and tasteless. My money was so wasted. Their service is really terrible.

My favourite Starbucks in the entire region. Good parking, good seating, and absolutely great service. No matter what time of the day I come over, the staff is always great. They're always very kind, polite and never drop a beat, even on busy days!

If you want your beverage today, don't go to this starbucks. While 1 dissatisfied customer monopolizes the counter, the other 6 employees will ignore you and leave you standing there like a fool.

It’s so good like one time I went and they served my drink to my table instead of taking it from the counter

Serj is the best. And honest about the bake goods. I take coffee from here every morning and a Mocha in the night. Very pleasant and friendly guy. Love the service. Because of him I come to this location because of his amazing service.

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon around 4: 45 pm, for a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. Barista was friendly and told me promptly when taking my order that they didn’t have sugar-free vanilla syrup. She offered some alternatives like Splenda or stevia which I was willing to try, and also suggested the amount of Splenda to add into the Venti size, which I found to be very helpful. Overall, it was great see the staff’s thought of customer-friendly alternatives and the coffee that I ordered ended up tasting perfect. I appreciate the staff’s ability to think on their feet to help remedy the situation and ensure their customer was satisfied with the result. Great work to the staff working today, and I would highly recommend this location.

Always has the LONGEST wait. Drive thru is brutal and inside isn’t much better. No shade on the workers, they always are running around busy. Not sure where the disconnect is but it’s embarrassing.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I’ve been here several times and the wait for a pike place and a sandwich is 15 minutes or more every time. The issue is clearly a lack of employees as the ones working seem to be working efficiently. The drive through is almost equally slow. This makes me very mad to see a massive franchise like Starbucks overworking their employees. I visit different Starbucks locations on a daily basis but I’ll never visit this location again. Don’t waste your time.

Worst experience and rude staff. I ordered passion tea lemonade with extra lemonade and it tasted like water. So, I went back to the store to ask if they could add a bit of lemonade more and a female staff said she could make new one but her response was curt and I could tell she didn't want to make it for me. The one she made again wasn't good either. Anyway, I didn't want the previous one and the staff asked me to dump the drink on the sink in the washroom if I didn't want. I was never asked to dump it myself. When the drink is not good or wrong, starbucks staffs make another one and ask me if I wanted the one they made earlier and they dump it for me if I didn't want. The store was not busy at all and other staffs were good except the staff.

This store is very slow. It took 20 min to get an Americano. Between the drive they, mobile orders and in person, the wait is ridiculous.

Gave me the wrong drink with a broken lid - drink spilt all over my outfit- went in to tel them
The lid is broken and was told all lids are broken as of now.didnt even offer napkins or to correct my drink - unacceptable

I ordered a grande pineapple lemonade.
I got a cup full of ice. 85% ice 15% lemonade. It was a very expensive cup of ice…. Disappointing. 1 star experience

I went there on july. 24th on sunday around 2pm and this female cashier was intrupting me and my husband talking to decide what to get and the way she was talking.she should learn how to ask nicely to customers. Very uncomfortable!
But when we were waiting for the drinks, the this female barista was very friendly and letting us know that our drinks is coming up and with smile which made us also feel happy. It is not something you have to but it is always nice to see friendly people when you are getting coffee isnt it? They were little slow so i had to wait a bit but i understand bc it was a hot day.
Hope my next visit could be better bc this is my local starbucks too.

Unfortunately I have to give one star because of the bad experience I had yesterday their. I waited almost 15 minutes for two chai latte! I was late for work and coffee wasn’t good either.

Drive thru was fast, customer service was awesome and drinks were amazing! The woman working went above and beyond was so nice, accommodating and helpful.
I wish I got her name so she gets credit (she has dark hair- drive thru- March 24th at 230 pm)

Larger inside than it looks outside. Close to lots of free parking. Has a drive through. Variety of different furniture types form table for two to a large group table. Had a latte that was perfect.

Fast and friendly. This location is often very busy, but is able to move folks through nice and quick.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a standard Starbucks. It tends to be quite busy, you would think the baristas would be accustomed to it. But there was more than one that was rude, and grouchy. Especially the cashier, Julie, was very unhelpful and very rude to my mom, whom doesn't frequent Starbucks and usually orders the same drink every time, they were out of the drizzle and she was annoyed that my mom didn't know what to get instead. I went back to help and asked what was wrong and Julie just stared at us and punched in something we didn't order once my mom decided what she wanted Julie rudely interrupted and said so you don't want the (whatever it was she punched in)
We all have to deal with unideal situations and if she is going to have a bad attitude she shouldn't be up dealing with customers, and ruining their experiences.

An Amazing Location! I spilled a coffee and they were soo nice about it no only they cleaned up my mess they also offered to give me a free coffee! Definitely would go back to this location again and again. Amazing management!

No line up and quick service!

This morning, I ordered Americano and food, but they gave me just drip coffee and food. I can tell what is Americano or Drip coffee. I'm not dummy. Americano and drip coffee are different! I paid Americano coffee, but they made me wait (like making Americano time) and just gave me drop coffee? I was so upset today service. It looks like they did on purpose to me. I used this Starbucks drive thru many time, but I don't wanna go there anymore. I wish the people who works there, please don't lie to customer! The worker was very nice and kind, but I feel really upset.

This is a well-decorated Starbucks with an efficient drive thru. There's tons of space, but very little seating inside.

Visited this location for the first time today. Went through the drive thru. The guy operating this service was super pleasant, very efficient and so friendly. Great job! Will definitely go to this location
again.

My daughter encouraged me to get their phone app so I could do mobile ordering and collect reward stars too. Very handy to order from my office three doors down and before I get there, my order is ready. Bonus: The large packs of Starbucks coffee from Costco have star points that add to my reward stars.

Love this location! Can get super busy but thats pretty normal for starbucks, staff are awesome and super friendly! New daily spot ️

These guys worked well under high volume pressure. Drive through is fast and friendly. Walk in store is fast, friendly, and clean. No clue why Starbucks sells, 'Pike' brand. Worst coffee I have ever tasted. The, 'blonde' isn't bad.

Have been waiting for a location opened closed on this side (north) of Lougheed highway for a while. Glad to see it’s finally here!

Staffs seemed newer (as I overheard a young man asking the “senior” how to make a certain drink) but everyone was very friendly and glad to chat with you.
