Long time royal customer, this store service is poor and lack of acknowledgment while they spending 10 mins to train a new employee to make my drink. I thought they have forgotten my drink after such a long waiting while there is no one in the line. Won’t come back to this store. The drink also taste a bit off too.

Im not a fan of starbucks. I generally only go there on the rare occasion I get a bogo coupon or something for a milkshake, err frappacino.

This location seems to have nicer staff than most though. Too bad it doesnt have their nitro coldbrews, those are actually good enough I might visit full price =p

I ordered brown sugar oat milk espresso through ubereats to delivery. There is no option on the APP to leave a note that I don’t want cinnamon, and I didn’t find any cinnamon powder on the menu modification. So I called the store, the manager answered they will have to check if the driver has already picked up the drink, if not, they will re-do it. And I checked UberEats showed they are still preparing my meal, and driver didn’t show up until 15mins later. Eventually my drink came with cinnamon powder!

Did the manager just hang up the phone and totally ignored the customer’s request?

Busy Starbucks but lots of space to sit and Carlo was very thoughtful asking me if I want light ice in my drink which I love because I always forget to ask lol

Something very wrong with Starbucks. 10 minutes for a simple, black, coffee that should have been offered in 20 seconds. Six people behind the counter busy fiddling with labels. My coffee spent 2 minutes waiting for.the "special" guy, who just moved it one meter to the take out counter. Something wrong with the people at this store combined with something very wrong with the management who created the system.
If you make the mistake to visit this store to pick a quick coffee, ask for the waiting time before ordering.

Staff here were super friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Once they knew my name, the staff continued to refer to me by my name, pretty impressed at the staff.

A co-worker offered to pick me up something while she was at Starbucks so I asked for a hot chocolate since I don't drink coffee. I asked for no whipped topping as I like the hot chocolate more.
This is what I got! More expensive than most other places and only 2/3 full.: (Not impressed and not going back.

Our office orders Starbucks from here every single day sometimes twice a day. And they nail it every single time. The staff is friendly and attentive, they know how to handle large orders, and we've rarely had any issue. The staff at Sweden Way are crushing it!

I buy coffee here almost every day but they make it wrong so many times. The coffee was either too sweet or simply made wrong. Please read the order carefully before you make the coffee, only need to take few seconds to read it carefully. Please! It really influenced my entire day

I was surprise when I ordered a long short americano grande to have the cashier show me what a grande cup looked like as if I did not know. When I got my order, no surprise; that was a watered coffee. You won't see me again.

I’ve gone to this branch and it’s a hit or miss. They can be really slow so it’s best to order online and order ahead of time. They now have this tape on the floor guiding customers where the line is, where to stand and how distant you should be. The place is huge. No more indoor seating available and they’ve taken away all the indoor chairs and tables. Not sure about outdoor seating availability. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to hear the barista call the order.

Efficient and very friendly staff. The staff care about social distancing and reminds customers who aren't social distancing to stay on the clearly marked waiting stickers on the floor. Drinks are always correctly done. Store is always clean. No seating inside. Large enough store that it does have some tumblers and mugs available to purchase from the wall.

This Starbucks is always busy, but close to the freeway and my work. Wish it had a drive thru. The service is efficient and staff are nice.

Everytime I go to work, I would need a cup of Starbucks Green Tea Latte to keep me going. I am very surprised by Starbucks Bridgeport's exceptional service. Upon a few visits, one of the store Barista by the name of Ollie (I think this is her name) actually remembered me and my order! With a busy work schedule, it is really helpful for the Barista to know exactly what I want right away so I can just walk in and walk out without delay. Great job Starbucks Bridgeport! Great job Ollie!

Slow service. They charge be twice for the same order.

The owner refused to refund my double charge. Eventually I got a credit which I used at a different starbucks. The management did everything possible the obstruct the 5 dollar refund.

I ordered 3 drinks (Two Grande ice quad espresso with 2 shots white mocha and one Grande ice quad espresso with 1 shot white mocha) today. When i got the drinks, all three of them had different amount of water.when i asked why three drinks are different, all she said is that’s how it was marked.she end up ignoring me and did her own things.i understood how busy this location is. However, the rep was not trying to fix the mistakes and just jumped back to do her own thing.

Not sure what it is but the coffee is doesn't seem to as good as Vancouver locations, maybe it's the water even though it is filtered. Their cold brew just don't taste right compared to Vancouver locations.

Spacious even with outdoor sitting but near traffic. Contrary to the spacious front, there is a odd reading area at the back passed bathroom with a few small and oddly placed tables and chairs. That area just doesnt blend in the whole scene of the place. Parking lot is also very tight.

Very unsatisfied with their service. I use mobile phone to make my order 5mins before pick up. When I arrive and ask them for my order, they nicely reply that they are making the order. After another 5 minutes has gone by, i see many coffee are made and I see a venti size coffee is placed on their back table. I went over and ask another staff. He glanced at the coffee at the back table and told me my order is not ready yet. So, I waited for another 10 mins then only the first guy come over, select one of the coffee that had been sitting on their back table for 10MINUTES and told me that it is my order after all! The reason why they deserve this bad rating from me is because they didnt speak my name during the entire 20mins and they see is mobile order and just put it in the back and forget about it. Also how come they pretend to check my coffee and only come back to tell me they are making it when my coffee is at the table sitting there.

Regular order is an average starbucks experience. If u want to know

Terrible service.

I went into the store at around 3pm yesterday and ordered a drink yesterday as per usual. After a while, I noticed that the three or four people who ordered their drinks after me had gotten their drinks already yet I was still waiting.

When I went up to ask about it, the barista said rudely to me that "there's a line up". Of course there's a line up - I've been patiently waiting, to the point that all 5 people who had ordered their drinks after me have all gotten their orders and left already. So disappointed in her attitude.

Consistently a good experience. Staff is super courteous and their new salads are quite healthy. Solid lunch or dinner options if pressed for time.

Today at just after 11am- Wife did a mobile order expecting quick service but when I arrived our order wasn't ready. A total of 20 minutes elapsed from the time of our order til we received our coffee. I've waited less for pizza to be made. Not satisfied at all. The customer service wasn't horrible but c'mon man. 20 minutes? For an iced black coffee? Turns out they "forgot" and when they finally made it they left it behind the counter. No one took ownership, not even an apology. Basically just take it and go.

This is a staple stop for me. The staff is awesome, the vibe is comfortable and easy. I've never had any kind of issues, and I love the neighbourhood feel of this Starbucks.

Came here to get my birthday drink. At the end of my long work day, I noticed under the cardboard sleeve that the barista had doodled a cute birthday message on the cup. It was no Michaelangelo, but it did put a smile on my face. And after several weeks of dealing with mean people who suck, it's great to finally encounter nice people who rock. Thanks!

Worst Starbucks I've visited in my whole entire life. I place big orders all the time, never have they gotten it perfectly right. And then when you confront the person that makes the drinks, s/he tells you to line up at the end of a 20person line. Rude. I was once asked to show my ID when purchasing a $75 dollar gift card. I asked why and was told by this rude, obese smartmouth that it's company policy. Um, no it's not please show me where it says that IDs need to be checked when purchasing a gift card and please, using company policy as an excuse is the worst answer you can provide as a customer service rep and if you just want to make sht up, make sure there's a legit story behind it

I love Starbucks coffee. We went to this place early morning around 6am, unsatisfied customer service. But I appreciate ironwood Starbucks. Thnx, have a nice weekend.
