Service and my drink were what u would expect from a Starbucks coffee shop although the seating was uncomfortable I would have rather a larger lounge seat to relax in compared to the uncushioned metal seats

Overall, it served well for a late morning meeting. This is a busy location, so the atmosphere is not the most convenient if you're expecting a small table off to the side for a "quieter" conversation.

Used to be great, but recently the service is going down. Today, I ordered a Large Capuqino with oat milk. The drink was half full at best. This is insane that this half full drink costs me $7. I asked the guy behind the counter. He was a bit snarky saying "it is a Capuqino. It is normal". I shouldn't tipped them based on that service.

Super amazing staff, always doing the best they can do - always very friendly. Great atmosphere, always very busy and full of life. Delicious drinks. Can't wait to keep coming back:)

Bathrooms tiny. “Accessible” bathroom is very small and no transfer bars. Neither bathroom has a baby change table. Slowest service at a Starbucks on the island. 9: 30 on a Monday, no line up and it took 15 mins to get our order.

I was in a rush so I ordered online 25min in advance thinking coffee will be cold but it will be waiting for me. Got to Starbucks coffee was not ready. Standing waiting I stated that I ordered well in advance what’s the holdup? Got a snarky response from an angry young staff person with a death stare. Got to say, not worth the wait, attitude and cost. McD’s here I come.

I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what, but that was the longest I've ever waited for a drip coffee!

This Starbucks doesn’t open on time. They say they open at 6am, it’s 6: 16 now and I am still sitting in my car waiting for them to open.

A younger lady working here must feel that it's necessary to complain about doing her job. It's not that hard to make a few drinks for customers. She can be heard loud and clear. I'm not sure who she thinks she is or why she feels so high and mighty to do such a thing. Stay home and be lazy if you don't want to do what you're paid to do.

This tends to be my go-to Starbucks when I’m heading in or out of Victoria. It started because the location was convenient; however it is also where I get some of the best made drinks. I never need to request my extra teabag, the staff are organized, and very polite.

Place is always full when I go here but I'm only getting a Venti coffee to go anyways. Friendly staff, great service and coffee is good every time.

Staff works hard and gets orders done right, great work staff. What isn't right is waiting 40 minutes for a basic order and not being told about how long a wait is. Likely online order system, should have a wait time counter so you can judge if you even want to order before you get in line.

Most Starbucks are fine but the one at royal oak is always out of my favourite syrups and sauce’s and it takes them weeks to restock.

Turn down the music! Thump thump thump. So annoying. Won’t be back although I’m sure they don’t care.

I get coffee here everyday. Staff are nice.but almost none of them know how to make espresso without burning it. Half the time the drink comes without any sweetener, so I buy my own bottle of vanilla syrup so I don’t have to ask them to fix it. Don’t even get me started on their mobile ordering system. Its always down. Meaning u have to go in and wait like 40 mins cuz everyone has to go in. Not just place order n pick it up. And the amount of flys in that place… let’s just say those are not polka dots on the walls ‍️ So yah I go here but not often do I actually drink the coffee I buy, 9/10 times I’m just throwing them away or it sits in front of me on my coffee table for hours, then I dumb em.

Starbucks obviously is iconic and count-on-able for really good service & create your own morning monstrosity. I just wish they'd fill up my dang matcha to the top. 4832 request. What's a Sass to do.

Starbucks location was super spacious great for studying or having a meeting. Pumpkin cold brew was really delicious. The person working the till was newer but she was I really nice. The person on bar made our drinks but didn’t add as much cold foam as we’d like. When we asked for more she snarked that we should ask for more next time, which wasn’t helpful as the sticker clearly said so. Other than that, great experience.

Worth the wait for a brand new Starbucks, however since re-open, this unit deliberate to hide all sprinkles like cinnamon behind the counter. Is a joke to ask every time when all staff are busy and also have to break the waiting crowd in order to get it. No Starbucks hide it except this unit and not even any other Starbucks in different part of the world.if you can correct it would be greatly appreciates!

The new design is without any ambiance; it is very noisy, and pretty well a sparse space—more like cheap cafeteria than a cafe or coffeeshop. One of the worst-designed Starbucks. Too bad.

This locates fairly small but does include outdoor seating. It's a very pleasant place to enjoy a coffee on a nice day. It's also a popular place with locals, so it's usually busy, but its well-staffed so the waits aren't to long.

If there was a way to do minus stars I would. At first I thought I had an issue with Starbucks but this Broadmead location makes me want to scratch chalk boards with my nails. Frappichnos and Mochas are my go to beverages. When I order from the app they are exactly how I want them but nine out of ten times when I order in store my drinks come out with one or more things wrong. For example I ordered a cookie crumble frapp with non fat milk, easy whip and extra java chips and I got extra chips but easy ice and extra whip. If you ask me this location needs training big time. GRRRR!

Ordered a tall caramel McLatte (I forgot I wasn't at McDonald's, where I usually spend my McDollars) and all I got was room temperature milk diluted with tap water

Poor behind the counter service today. 15 minutes for an Americano; really? Online orders should not take priority over in store customers.not impressed.

Only go if you're doing a mobile order, or have a lot of time. It's Starbucks, not much to say about the products.

Good coffees the lineup does tend to get long and can be very busy there’s not always a place to sit but fine if you’re just going for a coffee and leaving

Probably the most consistently busy starbucks in Victoria. The staff seem to always be in high spirits/singing/joking with customers. There have been a few times (mainly over holiday weekends) where I have ordered food items via the app just to arrive and be told they are sold out. Obviously not an issue for this particular store as it is an app issue.

It would be nice if somehow they could relocate the pick up counter as it is at the narrowest part of the shop and creates a pretty awful bottleneck.

Not my first choice for a Starbucks. Nothing wrong with the store but it's full of "blogger Mom's" ordering there $$$ drinks so it can be slow and crowded. Parking is not great.

Coffee shop chain originating in Seattle. This one has indoor and outdoor seating and is usually fairly busy during the day, though quieter in the evenings. And it stays open until 10: 00, which is nice. I'd say it's smallish by Victoria standards, with only a few of the comfy padded chairs, but definitely not the smallest I've seen. In the summer when outdoor seating is pleasant, it's nicer. Staff are cheerful and friendly.
