Placed an in store order of two drinks & a breakfast snacks got the hot food first but it was cold by the time i got the drinks waited around 40 min for my drinks and i was not the only one in store waiting mean while they are pushing ahead the online & drivethrough orders! Only got my drinks because i said something & it took em a good 20 min after that been going here for years but won't be back

One employee told me at the drive thru they'd give me a free birthday drink even though I didn't have the app. Waited 15 minutes to get up to the drive thru counter to get the drink and the "Karen" there who wasn't the person who took my order said they wouldn't honor it without the app and wanted me to pay. Didn't realize corporate Starbucks was in such financial ruin where they couldnt give 1 free drink away

Venti Latte after foam settles, plus taste's like only one shot of espresso, should be two.

Placed an order online for drive thru but i accidentally put wrong location and the pretty barista who’s on window patiently took my order thankyou for still making my drink i forgot to get her name but really appreciate it.last time i went to this store for dine in i asked for extra cold foam for my drink she put my drink to a venti cup to achieve my extra cold foam which is i really like it is the same barista i encountered today thank you for giving that excellent service

Just ordered a grande Oat milk praline latte with no whip. The cup was only a third of the way full with Oat milk. And had whip.for the cost of the latte and then tip on top of that was not worth the money. I have Starbucks as a treat on bad days.this did not make my bad day better.
If I could post the pic of my latte with this post I would.but I don't see an option to do so.

Bad experience this morning, walked in as drive thru was super long, customers were being told its a 15 minute wait for handcrafted drinks. I wanted to buy new reusable cup and have ice put in, was told they can't do that, asked for cup of ice to put in myself, was told that would be 10 mins wait. The staff member at the till walked away abruptly, ignoring me at the counter twice, I left with not buying anything.

VERY SLOW Iv been waiting for over 20 min and have watched multiple people leave the drive through. I'm waiting inside with 15 other people for 2 drinks. Absolutely Ridiculous. Last time I come here.

Its better than the Halls Corner location.but they can't make a pour over to save their life.just make the drive to Millstream.

Compared to other shops this one is brutal slow, definitely due to lack of staff. Typical Time is 25 minutes or more for drive-thru.

This Starbucks was kind enough to remake our drinks when my partner and I got an ambulance call after ordering and paying.

Female on headset Sunday, Feb 28/21 was quite rude and somewhat bossy to the rest of the staff. Perhaps a refresher in people skills?

Terrible customer service, you have to go get your drink behind the counter otherwise you stand in line forever, no greetings "how may i help you"? Been happening to often lately.

This is the worst coffee shop I have ever visited. Tried to get a cold brew coffee, didn't have any. Tried to get a dark roast coffee, didn't have any. Tried to have a sausage cheese and egg sandwich, didn't have that either. The manager of this store need to step up his / her game and keep the supplies up. Not likely to ever visit this shop again.

This store doesn’t even worth a star.waited 30mins for simple cup of coffee.asked twice for the coffee and all they saying was I was on the que while there was a mixed up. Thanks team you wasted my time.

Quick, mostly accurate orders. Covid-19 precautions in place. My preferred location for drive thru and walk in.
