Starbucks

First time at this location. Greeted by staff. Drinks were delicious. Blank Christmas cards to fill out for seniors while you wait. Such a nice gesture!

I love this Starbucks in Revelstoke! It's my go-to spot whenever I'm in town. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make my coffee just the way I like it. Plus, the location is super convenient. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for a cup of your favorite brew. You won't be disappointed!

This was terrible, the staff was rude and very stuck up. I could not believe the standards of how the staff treats the customers, I will not be going back, and on top of that, the place was absolutely disgusting

The Staff, manager and owner are rude and abuse customers. It's actually insane. This Starbucks should be shut down the people who work here are so mean. Boycot this Starbucks. I won't stop till something is done.

Very convenient location and fast service.
Doesn't have drive through and not many parking.

Says open online, but note on door says closed AGAIN! This happens REGULARLY & is getting RIDICULOUS! At least take the time to update online…. EVERYONE has better things to do than try to deal with the schedule that seems to change with ZERO notice or notification

Waited a long time for our drinks. And the ordering process was a bit cumbersome compared to most Starbucks

The store was only operating through drive through. I can imagine the reason is because they were short staffed. Three staff balancing everything. I brought a drink that was poorly made drink from merrit, and one of the workers made me a drink with no questions. She asked me to taste it to make sure it was done correctly before I left. Thank you!

The products were good. The problem was there was a long wait to order, even though I was the only one in line. There was no acknowledgement of me, or saying I will be right with you. Something for them to work at.

Our daughter loved stopping in her while we were driving thru the area.

This location in Revelstoke is a good Starbucks. It was VERY Busy on this Holiday Monday. They were 6 staff and they were all busy! I waited over 15 minutes to receive my order. It can be rather frustrating in off season as they often close early in the afternoon or are woefully under staffed. I actually prefer this location over the Salmon Arm store. The staff in Revelstoke are always friendly and have always made my drink AS ORDERED.

It's too bad the store front was closed when we happen to stop by. They were having some issues with their systems. The drive-through staff were amazing! Super friendly and funny. Definitely recommend this place if you like Starbucks and are passing through. Even with their system issues there was little to no wait time. Great place.

The coffee is fine and representative of Starbucks everywhere and the live thin can’t be beat - right on the TransCanada highway. That being said, when building this brand new building how did no one think to include more than one washroom? On a major cross country artery, positions itself as a pit stop then only has one washroom? What a joke. Stop here for coffee and go somewhere else to pee. Massive oversight.

We stop here when we drive through to Calgary and back and the service is snarky every time. I'd it were not my need for a decent cup off coffee I would go somewhere else.

Love this starbucks, we stop at this one about 12 times a year driving through from Vancouver. Right on Hwy 1, paired up with a Petro Canada. So you can get gas and coffee and go again. Staff are always very friendly. See you soon.

Quick friendly service. Our two lattes looked and tasted great. The location at the Petro Canada station makes it easy to gas up and grab a great pick me up drink.

Thursday night at 630pm. I see 4 staff in sight. 1 till open, 8 people in line and the drive through is empty. Drive through staff member is refilling cup lids and someone else is putting dishes away while the customers stand and watch them. It took me 15 min to get my drink. But hey, at least everyone can get out on time tonight.

Id give 1 star but the barista on bar was pleasant on Saturday morning and our drinks were correct.
Unfortunately the other 2 she was stuck working with were two of the worst staff I’ve ever debt with, anywhere!
From the one on drive through wiping her snotty nose repeatedly with her hand and than not washing her hands as she grumpily worked. Than the til staff wasn’t listening to our requests, than argued with us over her errors. Tried to make use feel as if it were our responsibility they do the job right. Our breakfast sandwiches were over cooked, half to hard to eat and went into the trash.

We did the best we could to make the experience tolerable. Happy I’m not a local!

Machines were out of calibration but staff didn't bother to tell us this.a quick "stop for coffee" turned into a half hour ordeal which still resulted in a watered down, barely drinkable beverage.

If I could give it negative stars it would be negative 10 Worst coffee ever tasted really burnt and way over priced! NEVER GOING BACK!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Can be very busy but staff work quickly and keep a smile on their faces and chat with customers.

I gave it 4 star because of the staff! Nice group of humans! Coffee was ok, but should have been better considering it cost 16 bucks for a drink, coffee and a tea!

When waiting in line, I noticed the ‘Peach Infused Green Tea Lemonade ‘ was sold out. Wanting a Green Tea Lemonade I asked if there was that available as was told yes, by two employees. After waiting 15 minutes I was told there wasn’t any cane sugar left. The ‘supervisor ‘ told me to take Raspberry syrup ‘that’s how I have been doing it all day’. I explained that it wasn’t for me. At that point I was told I could get refunded but no beverage. I took the Raspberry syrup only to be passed a cup filled to likely grande size. When I pointed this out to her, my next cup was even less. The ‘supervisor ‘ also commented that it was really busy but it is always like this on Canada day

6 people working and only 2 making drinks, when we asked if there was green tea lemonade we were told yes after waiting in line for 15 minutes we were told they didn't have any of the cane sugar and that they have been sold out all day. Got our drinks and they were only 3/4 full and the lady behind the counter said she could refund us and we could leave without drinks or take what we have! We are frequent Starbucks drinkers but this place will not be on our list anymore.

I wa super happy with the service. It was quick, and efficient, and the staff were polite and friendly. My frappucino was delicious as always.

We visit this Starbucks on our way to and from Calgary. The staff are friendly and great! It's always clean and a calm environment.
