How many times of waiting 20 minutes for one drink only to end up throwing it away when you get down the street because it’s nasty & made wrong is too many times!?

Today I was there for coffee, the girl making all the drinks turn around, sneezed on her hands, didn’t wash them, and went back to making drinks which included touching all the cups and lids with dirty bacteria/virus covered hands. Starbucks jacked up their prices very high this year, and here we are getting bacteria/virus infections for free. Thanks Starbucks for not telling your employees to be healthy and smart.

Great Starbucks location. Lots of comfortable seating, indoors and out. Very friendly staff. Well organized and always clean. Still feels that this location follows the old corporate "3rd Place" concept.

I used to work nearby until recently and came here quite often. Most drinks I have tried here were delicious (my favourites were the Brown Sugar Oat Americano, Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, and Iced Caramel Macchiato). The staff are so lovely and hardworking. Special shout-outs to Shannon for exuding so much positive energy no matter what and to Landon for remembering my name and for being so kind and fun to chat with! Thank you:)

Delicious food and drinks. Wonderful friendly staff who always call me by my name and ask me how my day going.

Extremely busy but not at all chaotic, especially on a day with a nationwide debit outage. Great staff!

The staff are extremely courteous despite being underpaid. They work really hard and any drink I’ve ever bought at this location was delicious. The food is actually decent too. One of the best Starbucks in the city.

Non- professional, rude service received from employee- Mary. Asked to remake the drinks as of not finding any taste instead of hot milk- got a reply that she cant remake it have to take it as it is and was told its a private Starbucks store- what a joke. She charged extra money for something which other Starbucks locations never ever asked for. We asked for the manager and she said well she is the manager today.

This location seems to have all the staff from the shutdown locations around town. Good service and lots of mobile orders.

This is a MUST STOP if you are in the Downtown area. The staff is friendly and assists you quickly and friendly doing so. I have never had a problem with my order, and the quality is consistent. I love my coffee and I will always be a Starbucks client. Thank you guys for making a normal day a Great Day!

This Starbucks is in a historic building downtown and it has a nice ambience. They are not open yet for indoor seating. You go in to order and then you have to take your food and beverage outside to enjoy it. Looking forward to reopening. The place is completely wheelchair accessible at the entrance, the washroom and all the tables.

The mobile order was prepared, but the barista said my name incorrectly and just once. So I stood there for a while before having to catch his attention and ask if my matcha was ready. It was the perfect latte!

Asked for extra whip and they put whip cream in the middle of my drink (right) ‍️ definitely ruined my day

Thank you for being the best Starbucks to go to in Victoria. You have always been super consistent with my drink orders. The only thing I would update is the cleanliness of your bathroom.

A nice and big restaurant. Stopped here for coffee and snacks. The large space had a few tables available during this pandemic time. Our drinks were very good. Good service.

Why are there so many flies infesting this Starbucks? Suggest thorough cleaning/fumigation because this is out of control and really gross.

My favourite Starbucks in town to study at. It's really nice to be right downtown and watch the hustle and bustle go by while you're working or talking with friends. Drinks are consistently decent like all Starbucks. Staff is very nice. Definitely recommend

Good service but have you ever tried spreading frozen butter on a bagel. I'd give one more star for a little more effort.

Flat White is my go to. Mix it up with whatever drinks are seasonal. The staff here is the best in Victoria. Never disappointed here.

This Starbucks is very unprofessional. How can you randomly forget someone drink? And then prepare the wrong one. Plus if you are ordered in store, be ready to wait forever. Really really bad service. The worst Starbucks I have ever been too

New staff almost daily, why not pay better and and retain the good ones or get a barista robot.

It was so crowdy on December 25th that the employees didn't had the time to clean up the place. The espresso tasted bitter.

Starbucks in Pike Place Market is awesomeness. The oldest Starbucks is located in the middle of the market as well. I ordered flat white which i enjoy most of the time if I am in cold place like Seattle. The view is wonderful from where i sit. Seeing all different kind of nationalities and local tourist alike. The internet connection is so strong. All customers seems satisfied with what they ordered. Lastly, the availability of selections of coffe hot or cold is amazing. On the final note, souvenir mugs and the old logo of ceramic mug is an icon!

All is good at this Starbucks.a great location and a warm vibe. From time to time this location can get backed up when tourism is in full swing so be mindful if your on time constraints. This location is home to my 2nd favourite barista.

Good drinks and fast delivery time between when ordering and receiving lots of space in this one which is great for a meeting space and location is alright, parking is usually sparse but there is a parkade close by as well

Baristas were nice but the place was filthy. Trash all over the floors and tables. Food crumbs and drink spills on the tables. I could understand if they were busier but there were long breaks between customers and the baristas just stayed behind the counter and chatted instead of cleaning up the places. Gross.

One of the better Starbucks due to ample seating and clean bathrooms coffee comes out quick and to Starbucks usual quality.

I had the worst macchiato here. Basically it's milk flavored with coffee. I can barely taste the espresso

Not everywhere would be so cool about an open bathroom.and maybe it is just because of recent events - but they were so nice to everyone running in and out to just use the washroom. Products were on par with every other location.
