This location is one of the best. Staff are always great, significantly above expectations when it comes to customer service. Always friendly.

Very pushy at the window to have us hurry to put order in but spent over ten minutes with only three cars in total waiting for orders…. Never again will I go to this location

Always know what you are going to get.
Milstream /Langford location is a nice quiet place to catch up with a friend in comfort over a coffee. Beautiful art displays.

Good predictable beverages but I find it a little pricey. There are better places to go if you want to pay that kind of money for a coffee - or on my case a London Fog.

My whipped cream was melted, the drive thru was closed which is what I needed in the first place to pick up my mobile order. Very disappointed

We really appreciate the service and excellent coffee and goodies. It is a nice place to relax. I hope one day they accept Shiba coins as payment. That could be awesome.

So busy and short staffed. I'm sorry but 25 mins in a drive through just to have my order wrong and the middle of my breakfast sandwich cold is not ideal for me at all. But it's starbucks. They know they have you wrapped around their finger. Staff is always friendly but you can tell they are stressed out.

Quick.latte ordered was a grande.but once the foam depuffed.it was more a small tall.kinda disappointed.other than that.it was made well

Anna and her team were lovely. Great prompt service in a clean environment with lots of smiles and a positive environment. Highly recommend the Nitro Cold Brew, pours like a Guinness, but has the kick you need to accomplish literally anything that day! Magic in a cup I say!

Extremely friendly staff. I started going there back when they were at their old location across from Best Buy. I make a mobile order there almost every day I work and they greet me by name when I get there. There doesn’t seem to be as high of a barista turnover rate as I’ve seen in other locations, meaning that they are able to become very proficient.

80% of the time when I mobile order the caramel nitro cold brew, I receive an iced coffee.
The flavours at this location are nothing compared to the Broadmead location.

Extremely long wait time with only one car in front of me, more expensive than other Starbucks and the barista was unable to explain why.

I was having such a rough day and was crying all the way to Starbucks and the team must’ve noticed how much of a mess I was and wrote a sweet message on my cup that made me cry more, but brought me back down to Earth. I feel awful because I didn’t notice until I had already driven off, but I am so thankful for this small gesture. Keep spreading the love! The team here really turned my day around!

Starbucks has the best dark roast coffee. I have tried a lot of different places that were franchised and non franchised.

Always friendly, staff goes out of the way to make you feel welcomed. Special shout out to Sam and Jacob for always making my mornings special.

Did not make our drink right. Would have returned it if we tried the drink before driving away.

The venti 6 pump non fat, no foam, no water chi tea latte that was ordered by Lynn was a grandi when it arrived. The tag did say grandi but that isn't what was ordered. Apparently I had turned into Ray as well. They did remake it as a venti but I believe the syrup was omitted as it tasted like just steamed milk with a considerable amount of foam on top. Will not return to this Starbucks.

Extremely long waits 15-20 min Everytime, two of my drinks have been Grande size but they had so much foam and whip that my coffee was a tall size. I don't want to pay 6.00 for a cup full of whip and foam. Do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Not a great experience. 6 people behind the counter, only myself in line and no one even acknowledged my presence for a good 5 minutes. They did see me!

Normally great service from Luis but today I didn't get him & I ended up waiting 20 mins for my tall mocha. I noticed it was taking long I took into consideration the mobile pick up maybe that's why people were in and out before I was. But when I decided to approach the counter & say what I was still waiting for a girl said " its coming I have a line. "
I then said " I just been here a while"
She ignored me finished a long line then finally asked me what I had. They did not have a sticker for it. She gave a 1 free drink & made my order no apology then did not call me bye my name but said " here you go " and walked away.

Horrible experience today.walked up and was offered a 2 for 1 then said i need a card to get it which I didn't have so. I wanted to sign up.no one seemed to know how to set up a Starbucks account then said i have to buy a cash card in order to do so? $5 minimum. $5 cash card for a free $4 drink do the math then the cashier dark hair and glasses grabbed my phone into her hands without my permission very unprofessional. Not sure if I will be back.

Slowest Starbucks Iv ever been too. Every single time I go to this location it takes an excruciatingly long time for a simple coffee or tea. Must stop going back here and giving them another chance to let me down.

Millstream Starbucks is the happiest most friendly one around. The highlight of my day is going into that store. The staff are like family to me. I highly recommend this store

Consistently great drinks from the baristas at this location. The decor could use some freshening up but otherwise a nice quite Starbucks to sit and chill with lots of seats and tables.

I love how the people there are always wiling to help you customize to suit your needs, allergies etc.

It's a Starbucks, literally exactly the same as every other Starbucks in the world. If you like Starbucks this is a Starbucks.

They need more employees or a better shift manager to plan for peak hours. “ Sorry for your wait” is the most spoken sentence here, took us 18 mins to get two sandwiches and a latte. Nothing personal against the employees, they were scrambling, one guy running cash other bouncing from toaster to grinder to the service counter.
