No espresso cups! I had to drink my espresso out of a paper cup. Server was friendly enough not her fault they are too cheap for ceramic espresso cups. One star for paper cups another star for friendly server who has to be smiling front man for stingy employer.

Whoever was working December 1st at 5: 00pm makes awful drinks and talks back. Unimpressed

So, I just have to ask how hard is it to put milk instead of cream!?
I’m so sick of it! I even ask, please make sure it’s milk, oh yes they say.
When I get the coffee I say are you sure it’s milk, oh yes they say. Sometimes I double check, but this morning I was so sure.
NOPE. That hot coffee I was so wanting to enjoy, I’ve already left the restaurant. *%#^ they did it again.

My Starbucks experience was great.the staff and Baristas are always warm and friendly! Just like the Venti Hazelnut Latte I had ordered! Ahhh.take a sip and feel the crispness in the Chill of October. Great way to warm up, no need for mittens, when you have your Fav Fall drink from Starbucks! Have A Lovely Autumn. Have A Hot Latte from Starbucks!

Curious as to why the flat white is more than a latte.
Counter staff told me there are three shots and a different kind of milk used. This the truth behind the price increase?

Told them I was allergic to chocolate but they still put chocolate in my drink and to top it off I still had to pay for it! They are going to kill someone one day for not listening…

Always feel welcome in Starbucks Stores. The Barista's are great at making you feel right at home. Drinks are delicious and the food is good to. The atmosphere is usually relaxing, unless it is extremely busy. I love the outdoor sitting areas too, as you can sit back and enjoy your surroundings while you sip on a cup of coffee, tea or even a fancier drip like a cappuccino etc.

My go to when I’m in the area! Love the staff, the atmosphere, the service. Huge shout out to Liv who made me the best iced Mocha ever!

Loved the extremely flamboyant barista that greeted me at the door with a wonderful "hey friends! "

I love this Starbucks location! My go-to spot, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The baristas go beyond to make each guest feel seen and appreciated. It feels like a safe and accepting place as a queer person. Thank you for your coffees and smiles!

Fast service and super friendly staff! I’ve never had an issue with my order here and the baristas always make nice conversations when they are able to.:)

I placed an order on the app and for some reason it defaulted to another store also on the same street but downtown. I realized this when I was in the store looking for my drink. The staff offered to make my drink anyway without hesitation! That was super nice and I just wanted to leave a comment about how awesome it was

Clean space with cheerful staff. A little quiet at the moment with the current restrictions in place.

Fort Street is my favourite Starbucks location. They have the sweetest staff who recognize their regulars and greet them like buddies! My #1 before work stop.

Hands down the best trained staff on the island. Never messed up my order once until today and Jacob quickly rectified the situation with a smile and made my day. Fast, congenial, and professional service.

I came in today at noon with my father for a coffee and while waiting together in line (masks on and social distancing from other customers) we were asked to split apart and stand on separate floor stickers. I politely informed the staff member (who later claimed to be the manager and refused to give me her name when I requested to make a complaint) that my father was part of my personal bubble and that we were being courteous of other people's personal space. The staff member said to my father and I that it is just the rules and she is just enforcing them. I respectfully stood on my designated sticker the best I could. Enjoying conversation with my father, we were interrupted once again and told to stand apart only this time in an unpleasant tone. At this point I looked around the store and realized my father and I were being singled out. I pointed out many customers in the store breaking her "rules" yet she persisted to harass my father and I while we waited for our coffee. At this point I wanted to get my coffee and get out. Finally our names were called and we pick up our drinks, but the staff member needed to make one last snarky remark by wishing us "a super fantastic day" in an extremely sarcastic manner. That for me was it. That is not customer service, that is passive aggression. I asked for her name and she outright refused, saying "I'm not giving you my name". I then requested to speak with a manger, to which she replied "I am the manager". I then told her to learn how to do her job, and left. Livid.

Popular spot but with good seating and atmosphere. (my older review) now however, I went for breakfast this morning and here is a gentleman sound asleep in the bench (see photo). Of course everyone looked but most just grabbed their orders and left.management did nothing. I talked to one of the staff and said it didn't exactly fit with the Starbucks image.another older customer then complained also about it and as it turns out she had been accosted (physically grabbed by the neck etc.staff had to pull him off and call police.) so this additional situation disturbed her understanably so. SO.it appears there might be an issue here at this location with a lack of management policy in this regard but they should get on top of it.it is across from the Eric Martin Pavilion which deals with those with mental imparements so Starbucks should be vigilant.
I will return, but just be aware of this possible issue.

Lineup with customer issues at the front and some girl is sweeping the floor slow as molasses. Give that girl a freakin espresso! When she was asked to help she rolls her eyes and slowly saunters over. We waited 15mins for our coffees and were 3rd in line with simple orders. 3 people came and left behind us. It was almost funny but we were pressed for time. Would not go back!

Not my cup of tea or coffee. And they want 3 bucks for drink I buy for a buck. I feel ripped off everytime I go to starbucks

Lovely staff, spacious, great parking and plenty of seating with power and USB ports.

Let's be real.coffee ain't cheap. Starbucks also charges extra for milk alternative (I am lactose intolerant, so not really a choice).

BUT: Every. Single. Time. No matter what I say: they leave room in my coffee. Every. Single. Time. I don't want to be that guy who asks the barista to heat up more milk to fill my cup. Sometimes, rarely I do, but worst case the tension that creates is tangible.

So, here I am, sipping on my coffee that is missing 10% of its contents. Every. Single. Time.

If there was a different Starbucks close to home, I would go. I really would.

I'm getting more discouraged by this chain. Quality seems to have gone down and consistency is also wavering

Disappointing.lots of garbage on the floor and tables not cleaned. This is the second Victoria Starbucks where this has happened. Will go somewhere else

Great location. Same starbucks prices as any other establishment. Great variety of drinks, friendly service, great parking and proximity to the hospital and save on foods on the same property

Store always closes earlier than advertised on the door if you state your open until 9: 30pm but close before 9: 05pm you are disrespecting your customers who waste time driving to your store. Either change your hours or stick to the ones your advertise!

My favourite Starbucks in Victoria, I get my morning coffee here every day and the staff are always super nice!

Not the best but not the worst. Though they do only use two shots for venti espresso when it's supposed to be 3. Yet we still pay for it.

This Starbucks is located in mall with a two hour parking limit. If you do some grocery shopping and linger over your coffee too long you might get a $36 parking ticket like me. Then because Robbins online payment system was down and I forgot to go back later and redo it, it turned into a $65 ticket. Try Hillside Mall where they don't hassle you.

Never long line ups and super awesome and friendly staff. VERY attentive to dietary restrictions and accommodations. Will be visiting again soon:)

If I could give less than one star I would. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept that day or moped in a week and the bathroom was worse. The service was inept the man served me my coffee through the steamer can onto the sink and splashed water on me and his response was your alright I had to ask for paper towels to wipe the water off. I was with a friend so didn't want to make a scene but I did make the comment that the place needed a manager. I will never go back there.

Great coffee great atmosphere still the best place to go for coffee.not too loud to hold conversations.

It's Starbucks, you know the drill. If you want a cup of liquid dessert, you're in the right spot, if you want a regular coffee this is.almost adequate?

25 minute wait for a mobile order.
Customers who walked in after me, waited in line for 5 minutes and walked out with their coffee.
What's going on here?
Asked the barista about it and got attitude with another 7 minutes wait.

This place is a joke.
