Salt and pepper short haired woman at the till acted like she was doing me some special kind of favour when I asked to have my $6.50 juice blended with ice. How is this different from a coffee drink? Rude, dirty look and dismissive. I ordered a drink not your attitude. UGH.

The girl making our drinks (makayla) was the most precise, efficient barista I’ve ever had! I come to this location frequently because my partner works nearby, and she always puts in the extra effort to make my drink the absolute best it can be regardless of how busy it is! Keep this barista no matter what! She is such an asset to your store!

Mikayla is the best and hardest working barista, I’m a regular at this location and her interactions with her customers are always so polite, courteous and friendly!

Even when they are swamped with customers and up to their elbows in orders she still works with her head up and is greets/helps customers while working away.

She should be valued as an employee because she would be hard to replace. If she isn’t in a position to lead, she should be.

Had a wonderful experience, all staff were so friendly and welcoming. Timothy went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. Highly recommend this starbucks location.

App showed product in stock allowing mobile purchase. Upon arrival a hand written note indicated order was not in stock. Refund is not automatic and has to be done in store defeating the purpose of mobile ordering. Corporate get your act together. This is not fair to your customers or employees. Moving on to Good Earth.

Really nice Starbucks location. Clean inside and very central as it is located on the corner by the splash pad. Lots of seating area, well stocked, and some nice cups available for purchase. The lighting is well done here too. One entrance and one exit for COVID measures right now.

My drink here over the years has always been great! But the Majority of coffee guests often huddle around outside, an interference with the high flow of people walking through the area to get to another mall shop or store.

I was helped by a friendly funny women. She was upset cause it was nice weather and she was stuck at work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Suggested the perfect latte on a rainy day. I'll be back for sure.

Just stopped by and had the friendliest service! Eshu and the staff member working the counter (I believe Ethan?) were really helpful, talkative and happy. It was a very different experience from other Starbucks we have been to.

Online ordering Uptown location was not ideal. The server who served the order was rude, she said that I should come five minutes earlier to pick up my order which is I was supposed to be there at the given time as I ordered online. Unlike Tillicum location, they were so friendly and they won't tell you what to do.

Delicious drinks but I was told that I wouldn't get points for my Starbucks coffee that I bought, which I bought 3 bags of it too come find out that I should of got points and this was the most money that I had spent at Starbucks. I am not impressed.

Great staff! Super fast considering it's a popular location! Recommended mobile ordering on Wednesdays!

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. There must have been some kind of mess up in their system and that was then taken out on me. Ended up leaving crying and my friend had to take my drink. Probably one of the most unwelcoming Starbucks I’ve ever been in.

My "drink" was a liquid dessert and it was fantastic!

However, $2.50 for 1 chocolate chip cookie (only a little bigger than a Chips Ahoy) is obscene. The timbit-on-a-stick is another pricing crime against humanity.

Just like certain magazines, those need to be kept out of the eyes of children.

Otherwise, a decent location

I love starbucks in general but at the uptown location there is one employee who deserves a shout out. His name is Max and he is my favourite person to order coffee from he is always soo upbeat cheerful and friendly it is a true pleasure whenever I get to order from him he truly is an asset to the company and he makes my day better every time I come into to this location as he warmly greets you with a smile. I love Max!

Everyone is kind and friendly!
One day, I lost my laptop in the Starbuck and was so panic about it. But the staffs, especially one of the Korean staff, helped me to find it.
I really appreciate them and give them five stars! ;)

The premises have been recently expanded and renovated. A fun place!

This is your usual Starbucks. The staff are friendly and the drinks are always made well and to order. They only lose a star because it's usually very busy and often quite a long wait.though not the staffs fault it makes it a little less enjoyable experience

Super busy but the staff is very efficient. I wait for less time here than most other locations.

Used to have great coffee, now it's just ok coffee. Even an Americano is somewhat weak nowadays unless you ask and pay for extra shots.

Its Starbucks. What else do I need to say? Overpriced prepackaged goodies, quality drip coffee.

Despite there being 5 employees behind the counter, none of them seemed to be taking orders and only one was making orders (rather quickly as she only needed to do one at a time). There was also a ton of garbage and dirt on the floor behind the counter, it was disgusting! Not the best Starbucks experience!
