Starbucks

Sitting inside, blasted with hard background music, I and my cup of coffee literally got attacked by at least 3 flies that suddenly appeared. Does anyone responsible for hygiene at all in this shop?

Saturday September 2 around 10 am to 11 am we dropped by to pick up a free birthday drink and we have been waiting for 35 minutes on the side the lady served like 40 drinks already ahead of us this is the only time for the last 20 years we have been a Starbucks customer we shouldn’t have gone to this place it made us all wait (the whole family was waiting) in the car which ruined our birthday celebration plans.

Waoo the Polish Anya and Kiwi Queen smiles like sunshine, everytime i go work to Richmond or West side pass by here and with their sunshine smile they make us feell like at home, we need some sunshine smiles at Metrotown mall food court Starbucks. Anya even puts smile on my coffee cup, such a sweetheart litte sister she is. The rest if stuff Ofcourse all are nice too. Thank you guys making people feel like at home with your beautiful sunshine smile event hough rainy outside when you come in to starbucks you will feel the warmth of synshine smiles here.

Where do we start. Well let's give a huge thanks to the staff. They do an amazing job to execute their customers orders. Considering how much foot traffic goes through that location on a daily basis. Now the food some things are very good on certain things and some are not, can't blame the staff. That's a production line issue. Lol.atmosphere is always busy.

Saturday crew is a joke, I’m a regular here since I only live a block and I find that the Saturday crew always messes up on my drinks.

For example, I order an ice coffee with milk today through mobile order so there’s no way they could’ve misread it or anything, they didn’t add any milk and it was just black coffee with ice.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here on a Saturday but any other day is fine.

I love this location because the staff always has great customer service! Especially, when I go in the mornings to get my drink:) They are always so welcoming and kind!:)

It's 10am on a Saturday. It's closed? Window says 7am to 7pm. Drove 10 mins to get here. What a waste of time

This Sunday morning’s service disappointing and lacking. Staff did not acknowledge, greet nor offer a service apology after you were waiting and just standing there watching them fidget with timers and computer related tasks. Not what you would normally automatically receive from a retail place that provides a service. A lack of attention to basic customer service etiquette. At least a “I will be with you shortly”. Disappointed.

These guys never have the blond which is the lightess coffee and always offer a poor out. Already their coffee is strong and their coffee been over roasted! Any location not only that one. Rhe pictures are not related to starbuck. They are from save on food.

Keeps it all the way 100.no one likes the taste of Starbucks coffee, no one, and if you do you torture kittens

love it and I always order the same thing and they always get it right! Can't live without my coffee!

I always visited the place, but this morning I ordered grande rose tea latte. When I took the first sip, it became coffee taste like. And no tea bags in my cup. I am very surprised that how could they made this kind of mistake, and it will be hard for me to go get a change be cuz I already started working. To manager, please make a good training of your staff. Your customer came with expectation of receiving the right taste! Waste of money

Fast friendly staff running a clean and tidy store. Parking in this mall lot is another thing tho.

Typical Starbucks, nothing exceptional in service or drinks. Good C19 procedures in place. Too many annoying and inconsiderate drivers who back up into the parking spaces with their exhaust pollutants spewing into the customers sitting outside.

We just wanted to give Kudos to Jeremy at this location. Exceptional service. Very kind and caring attitude towards the customers. He remembered our names from our last visit.

I have never gone to any coffee shop that matches the positivity, friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff at this particular coffee shop.

For reals

Not super clean today. Flat out busy today, line up nearly out the door and one of the guys was sitting in the back on his phone with the door wide open. Maybe he was 'on a break', but at least shut the door.

Very friendly staff! They even offer samples from time to time. Always prompt and willing to help!

I love Starbucks from there coffees to the snacks.the service is always great & quick.the staff are friendly & polite. I like this Starbucks because it's in a complex with Canadian Tire, Mark's Work Warehouse and other stores.don't forgot to stop by.cheers

Great location. Staff was very friendly. Place was very busy, lots of people sitting and hanging out. Parking lot was packed.
