I stop by here occasionally in the morning to pick up my mobile order. There is a girl with a black hair, long pony tail who always greets me with a smile and it makes my day! Thank you for that, besides that the other baristas are meh lol

I stop here almost every morning, it literally is my start to the day and Amanda greets me every morning with a beauty smile and by name and a flawless hot delicious coffee (4 shot blonde w/oat and toasted vanilla) YUM! Amanda and her co workers in the morning are on point and start everyone’s day proper! I recommend a early morning drop in and let them treat you to a delicious hot beverage!

I came in to order my son a kids hot chocolate as a treat before his doctors appointment and when I made the order is specifically made a point about asking it to be cooled down when a kids hot chocolate is already supposed to be a lower temperature. It took nearly 10 minutes to receive the order and when my son took a sip it immediately burnt his tongue and lip. I grabbed the cup and could feel it was extremely hot even through the second cup they put on it. Since it took so long and we had to go to the appointment I just asked for a refund and left as we walked out my son was crying from the pain so I quickly went and asked for an ice water and left. All in all not an experience that shouldve ever taken place. It's one thing to always make the kids hot chocolate piping hot all the time and a whole other to continue to do it even when the customer has specifically asked for it to be cooler and lastly for it to take 10 minutes to make a piping hot kids drink

Beautiful, friendly, and very welcoming staff. So lucky to have these guys close to our work place.

Update: Use to be the best Starbucks and a 5 star before the management changed. Now they are always slow and always forgetting things. Amazing how much a change of management can do to a place. Time to find a new place to go.

Always got great service here. Great people and convenient location. Can accommodate 20 people easily inside and there are some seating areas outside too. Medium Late with a lemon loaf is my usual order which I enjoy the most. I have tried the chicken pesto sandwich before and it was tasty.

The staff & mgmt team here are great! They put a lot of care into the guest experience & it shows. We love coming here, it's always quick, friendly & consistent

Barista (tall lady with brown hair) that worked today (feb 3,10 am) had such a bad attitude. Asked for a straw but pretended she couldn’t hear me and ignored me. Waited a bit, thinking she didn’t hear me but ended up telling me “you need to use your adult voice”.

Seriously? I always try to be very nice to service workers because I know they are stressed because of the pandemic but I don’t think they have the right to be this rude to customers.

They should understand it’s hard to speak loudly and clearly when people are wearing masks and there are barriers set up between workers and customers.

Best Starbucks! I almost visit daily! Never disappointed from last 2 years

Went with a friend and barista were pretty fast to serve our order.we ordered mocha frap and chocolate chip frap.

Very convenient location right next to Gilmore skytrain station and very handy to grab a coffee on the go!
This Starbucks unfortunately seems to have a limited menu when ordering via the Starbucks app.
Staff efficiently make great tasting coffee and you get consistent results.
Coffee joint also has outdoor patio seating available which is pretty sweet!

Worst location in Burnaby. Amir is a peace of trash. He was rude and obnoxious. I reported his disgusting customer service to the Starbucks head office!

I went there to buy coffee and use the restroom.they said it was closed so I took my business to Tim Hortons 24/7 restroom open

I mobile ordered and my friend did not. He received his drink and waited outside. I waited and waited until finally I asked. There was my specialty coffee that had been sitting on some special ledge for god knows how long. Starbucks is usually on top of mobile orders.hmmm, I was not impressed.

Staff is always super friendly and customer service is top notch.
Edit: I’m a regular here and I felt the need to add an update to this as the manager, who’s a short Asian lady with short blonde hair is extremely friendly and engaging (even when I see her outside the store) and provides excellent service. Kudos to her and whoever hired her.

Great location, right on a corner by a skytrain. Very easily accessible, always clean and friendly staff.

The staff here are gteat! I usually order ahead of time through the app and it's always ready when I arrive to pick it up. I've only ever had alone drink made wrong and the barista made it again for me with a smile on her face.this is hars to come by lately.

If you don’t have enough employees to work with, don’t open your store. Why would I wait 15-20 minutes for a cup of coffee!

I bought a drink, it came with a lid and straw handed to me, drank out of it, noticed a few minutes later that there was a dead fly in it! Went to the batista (who was also the shift supervisor), he looked at it, said "sorry about that! ", got another batista to make me another drink, who was about to mess up my order so I told her "no ice" which she rudely responded to "you don't want any ice? " Thats it. No compensation what so ever.
I spoke to the shift supervisor after and even mentioned that the other day I went to a starbucks that failed to tell me they didn't have an ingredient that I paid for before they made the drink, they apologized and even gave me a $4 off card! But this starbucks gave me a "sorry".

I wont be coming back here.

Crazy busy morning rush but great staff - they understand their customers and don't hide the sleeves and stoppers!

I rarely get my drink made correctly, and very slow service. I used to go here daily in 2017 and 2018 but now it's nowhere near as good as it was.

If you ever get to meet Nicole (who I think is a manager there) then you will find out how hospitable and customer-focused she is. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by my name and she always know what I am about to order. Jonathan is also a key team-member as he took the time to recite and remember my orders before I can even say what I want to order. As a long time customer service specialist, I am happy to give 5 stars for Nicole and Jonathans amazing customer service work ethic. Thanks for the amazing coffee too! This is my go-to Starbucks coffee franchise.

Very bad experience today December 5th. Placed an order for a drink which took them 25min to make. The lineup was not long at all. It was really frustrating just to get one drink in 25min. I will never visit that Starbucks again. Very disappointed.

No parking after 3pm on kingsway. Quality of service depends on who you get. Outdoor seating available all year round.

Pretty decent Starbucks location. Parking is definitely an issue. Being right across from sky train, should not be an issue. Staff was very courteous and quick in their service. WiFi was little slow but the place being packed and everyone on their internet machines, it was understandable. Overall the place was very reasonably clean.

Clean and respectful staff. Clean bathrooms. They also help you if needed for a bathroom and making great coffees.

Staff was fine. Beverage wasn't great and was tepid at best. Honestly, not a Starbucks location I would recommend or return to given a choice (and there is always a choice of Starbucks)

Service was really good. Very friendly atmosphere. I was in hurry and they served quickly. I had mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. Tasted good and loved today's experience at this location.

This Starbucks is always over crowded. The baristas can be really slow and unknowledgeable of the different drinks

I ordered a drink at this location yesterday, due to they made me wait way too long for my drink, so they gave me a $4 gift card as apologize. I tried to use the card today at Station square location, the cashiers told me there is no money in the card. I tried to explained.he got so impatient.and I have nothing to argue about, my face turned red and I got so embraced. You guys give customer gift card with no money in it? So rude!

The tables hadn't been wiped, the floors were a bit nasty, and it was too loud to hear and get any work done today.

So my girlfriend bought a snack at this Starbucks and also asked for some hot water the employee took her time fiddling with the cup and by the time we were on the train we noticed that the base of the cup had been unfolded and was leaking. It must be nice to be able to care so little about your job that you can take time to abuse customers.

Don't go in if you only have $50 bill. It takes about 10min to convince the person at the till you have nothing smaller, including needing to hold open your wallet open to show them that you really-really-really don't have anything smaller.

Waited in line for five minutes, was not served. Random lady shows up, gets served. Waited another few minutes, no one ever asked for my order. Left without ordering.
