Americano, iced vanilla latte, and iced caramel macchiato and London fog.

I have made stopping here for coffee every morning before work part of my routine for the last 2 1/2 years and I must say they’re the only location I go to because they never mess up my order! The friendliest staff who will learn you by name! I absolutely adore their service here

We are just having coffe and matcha latte drive through. Order for half sweet matcha latte hot very nice and good for your health

It was Ok. The starters were excellent! They didn't ask for my daughter's ID or to sign the birthday book (was her bd) how did they know we weren't lying. It was a Monday night I think she forgot to discount the 2 Prime rib orders we had.

Got completely ignored by the staff member as the guy with long brown hair was telling a story to his coworker! (This happened July Sunday 17th around 4pm) Finally, when he rang us through he didn't even say hello or apologize. Train your staff to be more professional and friendly

The food is very good, however we did not appreciate all the noise going

Scraping metal on cement, yikes, what a racket.

Got a caramel crunch frappechino and a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, despite the pricey cost was pretty tasty.

They added easter stickers to our cups! Made my day loved it, by far my favourite starbucks store to visit

I always get great service and they seem to care how they make your drink for you especially when you ask for a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with no whip and extra drizzle. The always cover the inside of the cup with drizzle before they fill it. It's awesome that way

THE WORST LOCATION IN KELOWNA. Rude staff, worse management, and refuse to make simple changes to drinks that all other locations have no problem with.

Great service at the drive thru. I always get a chi tea latte and it's perfect every time.

This location and maybe all your locations have gone to a mask required policy to make an in store purchase. I have for years been a customer of Starbucks so much so that I have gone out of my way to enjoy your coffee. I do not believe the Covid virus is anymore dangerous than any other flu and choose not to wear a mask. It is with dissapointment I am informing you I will never buy your products again.

Same as always, but this location has what can only be called a problematic drive through. At times it can get busy and the layout makes it's a mess and tough to navigate.

This Starbucks is my favourite one in the city. My drinks are always great and the staff is super friendly!

Starbucks is Starbucks. Staff varies, though. I find the staff at Cherry Lane makes more effort than others.
