Starbucks

I usually stop by this store almost everyday.
I ordered an iced shaken espresso venti size on mobile.
It wasn't topped up, about 20% of the cup was just foamed nothing, empty.one of them said it is supposed filled with foam because it is espresso.
I complained about it and she said fill with milk and it will be latte.kidding me? Latte isn't what I wanted.
I ordered venti size and it means supposed to be topped with espresso coffee in the cup, no empty or less.
She was so rude and I feel she is saying "get out, what's wrong with you! "

I love this Starbucks. I got stuck out in the rain w no umbrella or a rain coat, so I waited it out here. The staff were helpful, pleasant, and welcoming.

Service is what you would expect. Do not plan on sitting outside… there are always people smoking in the seating area despite the signage and the staff do nothing about it. Too bad with the nice weather coming up…

The overall service was great as always what really made me enjoy the experience was the gentleman the opened the door and greeted me when entering. It was truly a great experience to have him, he was very enthusiastic and kind and great at what he was doing and made sure everyone was greeted entering or exiting! Great job by the Starbucks team for incorporating this idea.

Order ahead available at this location. Plenty of staff members behind the counter. Can be quite busy during the day with both inside and outside seatings being filled. Lots of parking as it’s located within the plaza. Close to Chapters.

Baristas here are fast and furious! Lol. What I mean is they are quick, efficient and fun! I’ve never had a problem with my order and yes… it’s complicated. Haha! Love their snowman cookies, I get every winter.

Nothing like a skinny Carmel machiatto and a serving of sous vide eggs to fill the hunger gap. Both are so yummy and fairly guilt free.

I love this location. I do a lot of my mobile orders here before I head out for work or just for a coffee boost. Drinks are made quickly and always made right, even with all my customizations.

The space was spacious enough to spend our time comfortably.
But, the taste of coffee was different from other Starbucks. It was too bland, wishy-washy.

This location is hit and miss for me, but definitely more hits. I tend to order a very specific drink due to lactose intolerance and they've been very good about following the drink orders. It tends to be better when I order ahead of time (10 min prior) otherwise, I end up waiting a long while due to how understaffed they are. I do enjoy this location and will keep coming here:)

Good location. Easy parking. Lots of windows and seats. Good place for a coffee. Staff is friendly.

I was the only person in line today. Was told they would be right with me. Waited for 5 minutes and no one took my order so I left.

Best Starbucks ever. Staff is friendly and the girls who work there are really cute. Always a fun place to be.
Understaffed in evenings, need more closers.

This Starbucks is a mess. The slowest drive through I’ve ever been to in my life. They’re only open for Drive through during the day and at night. I ordered a sugar cookie cream frappe and emphasized multiple times that I did not want the coffee one. When I got the drink at the window it was clearly coffee and when I asked the girl about it she said nope it’s cream it says cream right on it which it does but it’s still coffee. Unless you have time to wait 30 minutes or longer for one drink this is not the the place to go.

Possibly one of the worst Starbucks in the area. Can't sit outside because there's always a large group of old men who hang out here, don't buy anything (group of 8 men today and only one had a drink, a free water in a Starbucks cup) and use all the chairs so they can sit outside and smoke cigars right at the entry way (a bylaw infraction). Also if you want a simple drip coffee, you will have to wait a minimum 10 minutes for it to make it through the bar drinks line up, because the barista on cash won't get it for you. It's not really the barista's fault, as this store seems to be chronically under staffed considering how busy it is. I will try to avoid this location from now on, as there are many other coffee shops and Starbucks in the area.

Spacious siting area which is temporarily closed du to Covid but there are plenty of outdoor sittings.

I went into Starbucks to have my phone charged because of some urgent matters. But I got told off by the supervisor Allysha who asked me to leave the premise. Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Will never step into that Starbucks again.

Worst chi latte I have ever had at a Starbucks … tastes like weak tea and hot milk … don’t think they used chai mix at all

Friendly staff, great location with baristas who make great drinks with efficiency! Had an awesome cappuccino from this joint, ordered via the app and used Blonde roast espresso, super tasty!

By closing 300 stores around Canada you may think that the remaining stores would be enough staffed, the Baristas are really nice and well trained 98% of the time but most of the bad situation I experienced at any Starbucks it's because of them bein low staffed

Mobile Order, expected to be in and out with a small wait if it was busy.

Upon arrival my order was clearly ready (My fault for not being there beforehand), as were the orders of 10+ other people, most of whom were crowded around the pickup station. None of the employees came to check on the large crowd building, and I was unable to get the attention of any worker. I am not unreasonable: I don't expect store workers to drop everything the moment I walk in to help me. Please feel free to finish whatever task it is you are working on-I will wait happily.

But when that task is over, I would have expected someone-anyone, really-to come address the quickly growing crowd of people, unable to maintain distancing guidelines. Perhaps when a new mobile order was finished, the worker doing so could check on the other items, but nothing like this happened. While I waited, several items were added to the pile before the Barista would quickly retreat back to the coffee stations.

Approximately 10 minutes after I entered, I was able to get the attention of a worker to hand me my drink. By that point the crowd had grown so large around me that people were waiting on the sidewalk outside.

I felt unsafe. I choose to support businesses with takeout during the pandemic, and in return I expect things like "Maybe we should address the massively over capacity crowd here before it gets to be a problem". I am aware that I was part of that problem, being part of that crowd. I still believe that it should have been addressed quicker before it grew to that size. I will not be returning.

I was sitting at a table today for 2.5 hours and not once did any of the staff come out to wipe the tables down or clean. I had to wipe my own table with a napkin. My guess is understaffed. Staff was very friendly though.

Forgot about our mobile order and just said "oh we weren't set up for it". Drink was supposed to be picked up but was behind schedule by over 15 minutes as a result. Unacceptable and rude.

Asked for a Irish Cream Cold Brew and it tasted like milky watery coffee.asked for it to be remade and still came out tasting the same. Not worth the $6.

It had quick service and the staff were nice and friendly and the public bathroom was clean and everyone was social distancing and had masks on and it was very very clean but the food and my Chestnut praline latte was taking long.

It was super busy and the employees just stayed calm and nice and they were super fast. If you come here, dont be discouraged by the long line. They will get er done!

Just came for my birthday drink, as I had not come in quite some time to a starbucks and was inquiring about the free birthday drink. The barista at the till was incredibly short and rude with me which there was honestly no reason for, she was upset because my card hadn't been active recently so she lectured me about the entire thing, whilst explaining how difficult it was for her to process now. It was a huge damper on my birthday being treated like that when it could have easily been avoided by asking me to pay or just be nice.

Seemed like a nice Starbucks. It was kind of hidden if you come at it from any direction that don't Pinetree Road. I ordered a coffee and the staff were very pleasant. I don't normally rate Starbucks above a 4 because they are a chain and I feel like a slave going into one, but I just had to. I almost felt being in this one was the making of a gritty realistic Sci-fi movie, where as I was ordering I was going to be the guy that gets blasted by an alien infront of everyone and they all remember my being there but not what I looked like or what my name was. Truly the classic first death in a movie like Mars Attacks. Essentially I am Jack Blacks character from Mars Attacks when you see me in this Starbucks.

It wasn't too loud and the openness behind the counter means that I know no one is stirring my coffee with their finger. That's always a plus.

Although I am not a local person, I do regularly come to this location when I am working in the area. This place is very clean and very prompt when it comes to their mobile ordering.

I do have to comment in with regards to the safety of their patrons. This morning, when I went to pick up my order, I saw that 1 out of 3 items were ready and my 2nd was being announced. A woman in her mid-late 30s came up to me, shoved me aside and grabbed my order claiming I have stolen her drink, and quickly ran out. I was in disbelief, and the reaction from the staff was a simple, "I'll get you another drink. "

I noticed that the same woman was sitting outside of the Save on Foods next door to Starbucks. I had called Save on Foods to advise them of her action, and they advised to me that she is a regular assailant and is known to the police.

I'm not angry that my order was taken, but mostly concerned because I am 7 months pregnant. Regardless if the woman knew that or not, things could have escalated for the worse but I'm lucky that it didn't. If this woman was known in the area, the staff at Starbucks should have escorted her out immediately or refused her entrance and contacted the police.

Otherwise, I think the staff here are very nice, they keep the place well cleaned, and I've never had issues with my orders until this unfortunate event.

It was crowded but we eventually found seats. They did not have brown or raw sugar. Wonder why they cannot update their inventory regularly

Thank God for Starbucks. I needed to seek refuge from Snowmageddon 2020 for at least 1/2hr. Fortunately there was a Starbucks close by.upon my entering, my senses were greeted by the familiar smell of coffee and music playing. My safe haven included a phone call, some texts while enjoying my Tall Latte Extra Hot No Foam and watching the snowy world go by.

Your average Starbucks with good service and consistent quality. The do have the reserve coffee here for sale. Wish their app would show a convenient icon to help denote that as well.

Staff was really nice. They made my special drink without a problem. My drink was made fast and didn’t even spell my name wrong. I was just that the toilet was a luifel dirty but that can happen.

Convenient location with easy parking! I always marvel how Starbucks manages to sell you the experience so you wouldn't mind spending the extra dollars for their coffee.

Good staff and reliable drinks. But good luck finding a seat here. No where near enough room for the traffic it brings. Often the even outside seats are occupied in the cold and rain!

Got a mobile order for a white mocha with lactose free milk for my friend. When I got to my friend's house it turned out to be a pumpkin spice latte, even though the cup tag clearly said lactose free wc mocha. Drove all the way back to store and they unapologetically offered to remake it. I asked if I could get it for free since I spent 30 mins driving because of the screw up. They said no. Refund or remake. Take it or leave it. I took the refund. Would rather have someone else make my drinks from now on.

Good service, although they didn't have everything I ordered they were good about exchanging for something better.

It's a good place to meet your family and friends. Delight and clean in the store. Find a day to join your friends to visit.

Even though there was a lineup, I put in my mobile order when I was less than 3 minutes away, and my coffee was ready within 5 minutes of arrival.

When I went it was very busy but the staff still managed to be very polite/friendly and made the perfect drink!

Clean floor. Dinning in tables and chairs available. Dinning environment is comfortable with music provided. Strong AC during hot days. Employees are very nice and friendly. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Outdoor seats available. Public restroom available. Serve speed is normal. Free plaza parking lot available.

Today I went to this Starbucks location to grab a drink before my exams. A women in line before me was inquiring about a yogurt that wasn't on the menu but at other downtown locations, which clearly made the barista unable to explain that different locations have different products based on demand. But as they were discussing the issue, another barista open the second cashier and completely skipped me to help the person behind me. So as i wait for the first customer to finish her yogurt complaint, the customer behind me already finished. Is it so hard to follow protocol? I don't mind that it was a mistake but it seems every time i have come here, its more trouble than convenience. Thumbs down.

It's my favorite store to visit but now coffee maker let's a lot of visiting people despair. Sometimes is when I order they don't know making me just order same liem. Always " green tea latte" because I can got the correct order. And always asking me the name then everytime is wrong.like, "bere, bera " I really like my name making feeling so bad. I think I didn't get the respect of customers. I knew the campany have almost 50years history but why company can't keep always " best" for customers. I'm a coffee lovers. I hopefully will hearing some good news from the company soon. Thanks.

The new layout makes the place feel much bigger. The addition of comfy seating and outlets helps for doing work on laptops or studying.

The service and the atmosphere are both good.

They mess up my orders every single time. They totally forgot to make some of my drinks, on multiple occasions. And I’m not just a customer being picky, I’m a starbucks barista myself and I know when they mess up my drinks.
