Josh and Kenia were very personable and helpful. He quickly remedied a small issue for me.
The place is often busy in the evenings with students.
The lighting is very dim—not in a good way. A more even distribution of soft lighting would be appreciated.

I LOVE coming to this store, the staff there is wonderful! They are all super duper friendly, helpful and funny. The decorations there for Christmas are gorgeous, they even have green AND RED aprons now. This places really touches people's hearts with their effort to make each customer satisfied. If I had to choose a Starbucks to spend my time at, it would be this one.

The staff was friendly and gave great service. They kindly checked the balance on my 3 gift cards and wrote it on each card. At 6am, this was a great start to my day.
My sandwich was steaming hot, as was my coffee. Loved it.

This place was amazing.the workers are so nice and friendly.they prepare the BEST strawberry coconut refreshers and pumpkin spice lattes.in fact one time, this kind man named Freddy who is an employee kindly gave me a free TRENTA strawberry coconut refresher.i was just shocked by his act of goodness. Thank you Freddy.

Ordered a grande iced chai with pumpkin foam. Ended up getting a venti size; not that I mind but it seemed like the drink had some sort of espresso and not one bit of chai (guessing they made a iced pumpkin latte instead). Didn’t taste the chai at all. Instead I got vanilla sweet cream. Very different from my usual and did not like it with the overload of pumpkin spice. Sticker said chai but was definitely not that. The employee even repeated the order back, so I don’t understand how the baristas messed up a simple order. I always order the same thing at any location during the holidays and it’s a first I’ve had my drink be coffee rather than a tea.
