Very busy location since everything is back to normal. Wait time can be long because they have nearby offices, school and public transportation hub I’ve seen people here commenting about no washroom and no seatings. I’ve asked the people working there and they told me their store is a grab and go location so that’s why there’s no seating. Also this location used to have a huge problem of improper use of washroom so for employees and customer safety, they closed the washroom.

I recently had an experience at this Starbucks where I had to ask an employee to fix an order mistake. Unfortunately, the employee responded with eye rolls and attitude. It was disappointing to encounter such a reaction when I was just trying to get my order corrected. I hope Starbucks can address this issue to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future.

What a joke of a coffee shop. No seats to sit in? Just want people to leave? What a shame.

Literally the most useless Starbucks I've ever been to. Staff standing around doing NOTHING during a morning rush when drinks are being made, staff spilling drinks and laughing about it while customers are waiting. We have jobs and transit connections to make and order ahead on the app for a reason. Step it up.

Stanford friendly in the service at super fast.

I don't buy food here because it's expensive so I cannot rate

The only complaint I have is that the music is too loud so it's hard to hear your name when your order

BAD and SLOW service!
Waited over 10 minutes to be assisted and another 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I ordered a drink without the inclusions for the Mango Dragon Fruit lemonade and ended up with them added. No point in saying your preferences if they don’t read the labels.

I’d avoid this place at all cost, if your in a rush

Ok you guys definitely need tables and chairs… and covid can’t be your excuse anymore. I’m so serious. People are sitting on the ledges and leaning on tables like it’s madness. Please get some chairs and tables like a normal coffee shop.

About two days ago (Monday, Mar 27), a coffee I put a mobile order in for had snot in it. That is gross and incredibly unsanitary, and has never happened before or at any other locations. Be wary about that-I'm not really sure why it happened but I don't think it was an accident. I was able to get a refund but the experience kinda jarred me- Haven't gone back so not sure if anything was done on the stores end.

Please look around to avoid this experience. Will edit this review at a later date as things change. Honestly besides this, most my experiences here were good- there's a few people here who were very nice and walking in person on my way back from groceries was very convenient.

I went here for pick up my drink but I was waiting for while (longer than estimate time) but there was not showing my drink and then I asked the staff only said that” many online order and U could refund “ and of course, “ no sorry too “ yeah, it is no matter with the cup of coffee but I lated my bus and starting 30 mins to waiting new bus.
