Starbucks

We were harassed by employees while waiting to give a drink which we offered to purchase for an unhoused individual. They were yelling at him and making a scene and even allowed another customer to proceed to stalk and harass him through the parking lot.
Disrespectful, entitled and just down right disgusting behaviour.

Good Starbucks, better than the location in Gibsons. Shoutout to James because he somehow remembered me

12 minutes I will never get back. Moved here last August and was so excited to see Starbucks. Been disappointed every since. I order a breakfast sandwich with Ketchup and not once have they given me Ketchup. The drinks are hit and miss if they are made correctly. The drive thru is brutal. Place your order for walk in because it is quicker. I will say the staff is certainly good natured and fun and happy all the time which I love. Today placed my order at 1124. Got in drive thru at 1128 with two vehicles already ordered and waiting at the window. They asked me to wait to order. I said no problem. After several minutes went by I was starting to get worried. Then she asks me for my order which was a mobile order for pick up. So she says yes we have it here. Great. Pull forward and sit. See the message "your order is ready". Still two vehicles in front of me. Finally the one vehicle gets their drink and they leave. I am shocked because I waited so long thought it must be a big order. Then we sit again. After several minutes.the second vehicle gets their 2 drinks. Then I sit and wait.and wait.when she finally comes I asked how come its so slow and she said they had lots of customers in the store. Which when I looked over her shoulder I thought really? Didn't look that busy to warrant a 12 min wait in drive thru. So everywhere else prioritizes drive thru except this place. Order and pick up inside because it will be way quicker. In total took 12 minutes to get my order in drive thru when I ordered ahead. Frankly I have started to go to Timmy's instead sometimes because I hate the wait at this place. Timmy's is always quick and right next door.

Pretty typical Starbucks but the staff are absolutely wonderful I always leave with a smile on my face feeling better than I did before.

Conveniently next to the Tesla supercharges. The staff was so friendly.
