Starbucks

Ordered a decaf latte, the cashier guy murmured flat white when entering my order to the system, I didn’t know what’s that and repeated my order as decaf latte, he said yes decaf no worries. When I receive the drink, it says flat white on label, and thanks for the barista lady nicely explained what flat white is. I decided to give it a try and I didn’t ask for them to remake my order, but this cashier today, you do need to give up this passion that you choose what to order for your customers.

Flat white and latte are two distinct items on their menu, so I don’t know how he came up with this idea to order this special drink for us, I hope it’s just a STUPID mistake. If it’s not, come talk to us.

STARBUCKS, hire your staff WISELY, don’t order random things for your customers, it’s funny but ruining your location’s reputation unless you don’t care.

Staff dont seem to understand that a splash of cream in a shorr cup should be muxh less than for example, a clgrande cup. My short sized coffee with a splash of cream was pretty much white. I wish starbucks was more consistent with the cream amount or allow ua to pour our own.

This wonderful Starbucks is close enough to the bay to smell the sea air from the patio. Standard great Starbucks service and drinks.

Guess it was too popular location so they don't care about the service at all. I ordered Macciato without caramel. I got the one that tasted just like plain coffee with Milk, not enough close to latte.they thought it was bonus for me to give me the new one. LOL, I got the second cup with the same taste. I won't go back but thought they won't care too much.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Waited 30 mins for a drink (which they messed up anyway). The photo is of all the people waiting for a drink, no one placing new orders so I really don't know what staff were doing.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks.but then aren't they all busy.always consistent and friendly service.great hard working crew there.thank you.only giving 4 stars bc I want my coffee asap not in 3minutes.lol.
