Starbucks

I ordered my coffee to the wrong location. When I made the staff member aware, they just asked to see my order receipt and made the order for me right away. Very impressed and grateful.

I love this location, Starbucks as usual offering good products and coffee.

Deplorable service, made a online order- wait time, 4-9 minutes. Ordered, drove from Wal-Mart to mall, unloaded toddler from car and went inside to wait. Arrived after the estimated wait time. When I arrived at the pickup counter there were 2 sitting tables, already served in the entire cafe, 3 members of staff on and another customer waiting for her online order as well. She was served, I continued to stand there with my infant for another 10 minutes going unacknowledged. Another staff member came on shift, walked in, didn't even go in the back and immediately went to having a great conversation with the people already on shift. When I asked if I could be served or if my order was even received he ver casually sauntered over to the online machine and went YUP! I let him know I have been waiting for some while, response was another YUP! He made the drink (poorly) then set it on the counter turning away before the drink even touched the surface to continue his conversation. I should add he walked in from outside in his apron, after I left I realized he didn't even wash his hands.

Atmosphere I would say needs a bit of improvement, however it is Christmas and they are super busy. Shelves were pretty empty. Everytime I go there the staff are friendly and smiling. They haven't been so lately but like I said Christmas is hard on people who work in retail.rush rush rush.keep up the good work!

Staff are so friendly, establishment is nice and clean. Located inside Village Green Mall. After your beverages and food, you can go shopping in the mall.
