Starbucks

I usually have a good experience, but there is one female employee with thick black-rimmed glasses that is completely incapable of getting an order right. She’s usually too busy talking with the other employee (s) to listen to you order. The rest of the staff are great and I have few problems.

They wouldn't scan my starbucks app for points or let me redeem. I've read on the starbucks and safeway website that they do, and they even had the scanner for the app. Baristas were unfriendly as well.

The employees are so rude does not even say hi, they are busy talking to each other. Customers are waiting and no body is taking orders, like if you are busy making other drinks (which in this case they were not) atleast say "hi" and let customers know that there will be a few minutes of wait. To sum up, terrible customer service.

Very rude staff. Got my order wrong and when I politely for it to be corrected I was told I don’t know how these drinks are made and that that’s what my drink looks like; even though I’ve had it multiple times before and it’s never tasted or looked that disgusting.

It’s a normal Starbucks. Note: whoever says Tim Hortons is better is lying there is no way! I frequent both, and Starbucks is much better!

I usually come here at least twice a week. But this morning was a total bust. After waiting in line for several minutes, I ordered my usual grande dark roast with an extra shot. Seeing him make it he was using the medium roast. I mentioned it was dark roast. After tasting it, clearly it was not dark roast. I did not have the time to go back and stand on line again so I had to throw it out.

I’ve always had great experiences at this location. The staff are friendly and always get my orders right. They often only have one person working even though it’s busy but the service is always excellent.

My friend ordered my drink while she was waiting for me and I ordered salted cold foam cold brew but the staff didnt know what it is, asking salted caramel foam coldbrew? And she said they dont have salted cold foam and I asked just no caramel in it, so she made it. It was not really pleasant at the moment cuz I was in a situation asking to my friend to get it as well.
Anyways the staff made it and. I found it when Im done with the drinks Did I finish paper grinded beverage? Plz take good care of when you are making drinks.

Extremely slow because the one upstairs isnt open at 8am and there is only 1 person working here.

I have been to this location a few times as it is very convenient, but everytime they either messed up my order or took long to make it. I think they donot have sufficient staff here. I got my coffee made wrong twice. One time they made it again and the girl even apolozied, but the other time i got very cold attitude from the barista. It wasnot a good experience

Great service. We arrived less than 10 minutes before closing and the barista made all of our drinks without hesitation. Pleasant experience.

The worst starbucks I have ever seen. The clercks are very rude and not respectful to costomers.
