I was at Starbucks and Someone didn’t take something it was there for like 20 mins I asked “if someone doesn’t take something what do you do with it” and the worker sounded dead inside and said they just throw it out and didn’t let me have it awwww wasting food Should’ve just gave to me without wasting food tho my drink was good I didn’t like the workers tone of voice it was rude

The drinks has been consistently here.theres a lot of people since it’s in the food court. The staff is as friendly. Please remember to be kind to the staff. It’s a high stress environment. Mobile order ahead of time if you’re in a rush.

Maybe the busiest Starbucks around here.
They make the order perfectly even with enormous amount of orders.

The Starbucks spot in the food court is always buzzing with customers. It can get pretty hectic, but there's a little trick I've discovered. When everyone's busy deciding what to order, you can sometimes sneak in and place your order online. That way, you can skip the line and get your caffeine fix faster.

On this particular visit, my daughter and I were lucky enough to witness our barista, Zoey, in action. She had a whole audience (okay just the two us) watching her, and my kid absolutely loves seeing how things are made. I knew Zoey was making our drinks because she grabbed specific ingredients we had requested, like swapping whole milk with non-fat milk and soy milk. It's been ages since we've had our Starbucks orders made exactly the way we want them, but Zoey totally nailed it this time. The drinks turned out perfect.

It's these little moments that make grabbing a Starbucks even more enjoyable. Shoutout to Zoey, you're the absolute best!

Ordered a couple of coffees, nothing fancy. Just two Americano misto.took 20 minutes to get the two drinks, 10 minutes longer than the apps estimated time. I asked after 10 minutes and was told they would be right up, it took another ten full minutes.

Always busy as its in the foodcourt, just have to be patient with your order.nothing much to say, their coffee is always great

30 min for a latte is unacceptable! Try the Blenz coffee shop near Winners and Homeplace. Never buying coffee from here again

It’s always busy here, but the staff is still being very friendly and welcoming. You will need to wait for 10-15 minutes in line and another 10-15 minutes for the drinks if it’s busy.

Went there around 1.35. There was no line up. I placed my order for a grande frapp. I got my order ready at 1.55.20 mins for the order. When i asked, they said there were people before u in the line, so like all of them waited for this much time… this is horrible… They were just working pn orders that took less time to make. But they should understand first come, first serve policy. Never going to this location again.

Good tiny Starbucks at the mall some seats around but mostly a grab and go type. And lots of food court seats around. Its location is inside the mall inside the food court of metrotown mall on upper level. It can sometimes have a big lineup
