I waited 5 minutes to even be spoken to well there was no other customers then they only gave me half my order and i waited for the other half another ten minutes then I had to ask where the rest was for them to noticed me…… very bad service at this location.

When we came in a customer warned us it was going to take a long time. We thought they were busy, but our two chai tea lattes took 20 minutes to prepare. It wasn’t that busy in there. The 6 girls behind the counter were chatting and just standing there.

More attention to detail, especially when adding syrups to specialty orders. "Don't guess, ask when preparing a customer's order"

Every time I go here they are so friendly. Landon was working drive through and was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Landon for the amazing service!

Extremely long service when walk in, all mobile orders are prioritized - even when they are simple pour drinks. Ended up leaving without our drinks after 20 mins
