Starbucks

I dropped in late on a stormy Sunday afternoon for a tall Americano, black, and a pumpkin spice muffin ($8.45 +tip). The coffee and muffin were great, the cashier friendly and efficient, and the baristas clearly overworked - I don't know how they all managed to keep up that pace for so long.

After standing in line for 20 minutes, practically on top of seated patrons, and waiting more for my coffee, I bypassed the crowded seating and took my treats over to the bus exchange to make sure I didn't miss my bus home - and eat in peace.

It was lovely. Grabbed an americano and purchased a new book. Friendly staff. Drink was wonderful. That being said…I love the people who go for a coffee and all they can do is complain about how long it took…these drinks are not “fast food” most of us can’t even pretend to operate the espresso machines but think it’s okay to criticize and complain about the time it takes…other than that you’re probably super good vibes

Please address the accessibility issue with your door. An automatic door for those with mobility issues needs to be installed ASAP. Expecting folks to use the Chapters door is not acceptable.

Great place for coffee, snacks, and light food items. Staff are always friendly and polite. My go-to place for coffee.

I only had coffee from here so can't really say much about the food.

Having easy access to coffee and the Chapters book store under one roof is why I've rated this outlet 5 stars

The young lady that took my order, named Lauren, might be the most cheerful and polite Starbucks employee that I have ever encountered. The iced lattes and the lemon loaf were great, but seeing how happy and kind Lauren was, and how she treated all of her customers, was the most memorable part of the visit.

Incredible customer service with the senior staff, I've often travelled out of town just for this Starbucks location because it beats the one in my home town. They are always super friendly, outgoing, and remember their regular customers.

I don't care for this coffee.
Tons of people love it. It's just not for me.

Good as all Starbucks, is inside the Chapters book store and little crowded sometimes, but service is good

Last 3 times I’ve ordered through the mobile app in the morning my drinks haven’t been made. I show up at the time it’s supposed to be ready and it hasn’t even been started. I use the app to order ahead so I am not late for work, this has really been irritating me.
