Starbucks

Ordered a non fat pumpkin chai latte, it was super sweet and they put whipped cream. I didn't realize the frothy stuff at the top was whipped cream until I drank about a quarter. They mixed it with pumpkin spice, I am lactose intolerant and was in a lot of pain for about 2 hours later.

This starbucks has the rudest employees one could ever imagine. They are always short staffed and you gotta wait for your stuff forever. I ordered a traveller at 6: 45 am (mobile order) when i arrived there at 7: 05 they said traveller is gonna take another 20-25 mins i said but its been 20 minutes already. Some lady comes up to me and said if you cant wait get the refund from starbucks mobile order, we are stuffed and we can make your traveller. Well i was trapped and i had to wait 45 mins for a traveller. They way they talk to the customers is very rude and they should know refund is never is good option to offer to a customer.

This location is brutal. Always slow and understaffed. They don’t put the mobile orders out for you to get yourself like most places and then completely ignore people when they come in for their orders. We live in Ladner and generally drive to tsawwassen for Starbucks for this reason.
We decided to give this one another shot the other morning. A mobile order of 2 simple drinks. Showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready. After waiting another 10 minutes, asked the barista about it, she started to look and then got distracted and never did answer me. Impossible to get any staffs attention. After waiting 15 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready they still hadn't even started making our drinks.
We had to leave without the drinks, I was late for work with no coffee and out $12 for drinks we never got.
Not happy.

Verry disapoined, I was refused service, because I was trying to pay cash. Bad customer service. I was 20 years Starbuck customer, sadly not anymore!

I don't use this Starbucks much, but I go out to see family occasionally & sometimes go in, I was absolutely discusted how filthy dirty the washrooms were & the floors, the tables hadn't been sanitized either this was a Thursday at 5pm they were not busy, I saw no staff attempting to clean, I'd nvr seen a Starbucks that bad.

Terrible service at this location. I always do my best to be cordial to service staff and rarely feel the need to officially complain about anything, but this Starbucks is a real special case! The employees treat you like a nuisance for ordering a drink and asking about it 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I’ve personally witnessed one of the baristas go out of her way to publicly embarrass a paying customer for having the audacity to politely ask about an online order placed 20 mins prior. It was genuinely shocking to see her almost brought to tears by the bigot behind the counter. I get that service employees can have a bad day now and then, but this is a pattern of behaviour. If you absolutely need Starbucks, you’ve been warned! Personally; I’ll go elsewhere.

They need to find a balance between in-store and on-line orders. I was rushed through when my order was finally taken. No personality. No friendliness. Poor Ladner.

Great service especially the employee named ABY she is so good. She knows how to treat their guests, impressed by her service. She served me my latte and it was perfect.

Worst Starbucks experience here. The middle aged barista with short curly hair acted like I’m invisible while I waited patiently in front her with a drink that was made wrong. The younger staff were much nicer. Hate to admit this: maybe I don’t look like a Ladner resident so I was treated very differently.

Ordered on app for in-store pick up, worked perfectly, order was ready and waiting within minutes.

Had a younger black haired ponytailed fellow make my frap. He legit ruined all other locations for me. It was ridiculous delicious. I ordered a grande and he gave me venti all souped up with extra goodness. No real line, fast service. 1000% recommend

I love the Ladner Starbucks always so friendly and efficient. They always seem to be enjoying their jobs. Robert and Amy you guys rock you always make me day that much better.

I go here countless times, but I am always disappointed. The coffee tastes weak and the syrup is lacking. They don't follow Starbucks recipes. Caramel is often sold out

I went in to get a latte, and the Barista that served me (Shelby) was extremely rude and what’s worse she had nail polish on.i’ve gone to lots of other starbucks and none of the staff ever had their nails done. I find this extremely unsanitary and i will not be returning to this location.

Service was great from cashier, barista was short and non communicative. Kind of undid all the good the ladies at the front had achieved!

I'm not really into Starbucks.so my review is only cause I desperately needed a coffee. I relapsed on Starbucks.

Not really a big fan of Starbucks. Their coffee blend tastes burnt but their specialty coffee isn't bad. Just not my thing but can't complain about the service, they usually have great staff.

They're a bit rude. My orders never taste good. Didn't get my order right, didn't fill up my venti cup

Convenient location, friendly staff but the music is consistently too loud here. You can't hold a decent conversation in this location. Good for working alone

They need to build another Starbucks in Ladner. This one is just too crazy! Staff are maxed out. Otherwise it's the consistent Starbucks taste and vibe

Cozy Starbucks with a cozy atmosphere in a wonderful small town. Friendly staff and good service.

Great shop lots of space, quick service long time staff so a efficient team.
Plenty of parking no drive thru

Went to Starbucks and the cashier was unfriendly and made my drink wrong. I decided to throw it in the garbage and drove to the Tim Horton's which is 5 minutes up the road. I'm at Timmy's now and received good service, my drink is correct and the cost is much less. I know where I'm going when I visit family in Ladner from now on.

I feel like this location has been understaffed for over a year. Every time I come in I wait 10-15 min for my drink. The girls seem so stressed and I always feel bad. Last week the girl was making all the drinks on a Saturday afternoon by herself. A worker who had gotten off shift had to go back there and start helping again. The girl who made my drink actually made it wrong and when I mentioned it she threw it into the sink and started making me a new one and then slammed in on the counter afterwards. Totally unprofessional, but also the circumstances of being under that much stress is beyond. This place needs to either hire more staff or learn to manage their store better for staff to stay because I refuse to come to this location anymore. I’d rather drive to the Tsawwassen commons Starbucks. Friendly service there and they make great drinks. Perhaps cooperate needs to get involved.

Must have picked the wrong time to go. Huge line up to even place an order and then over 20 mins wait to get the drinks. They are too busy doing the drinks for the mobile orders. Had to literally go back and talked to the people preparing the drinks and then they quickly tried to fill the order. Starbucks still have some work to figure out how to deal with spikes coming from mobile order vs the regular order. Guess it is a great place to hang out and wait for your drink if you are not in a hurry.

I work here so I cannot give an unbiased review. But with that said, some great coworkers and customers can be found here. Great hangout place if you just want to study or read.

Wanted to try a new tea drink. Barista was helpful and the black tea lemonade was pretty good. Nice open place.

Love the way this Starbucks is done! Great atmosphere, fast friendly service, awesome drinks! Went out tonight had a coffee out with my husband, was empty so got the comfy chairs, were enjoying ourselves until 3 ppl sat in the other two compfy chairs and then 3 more of their friends squished in! Extremely rude, we left!

Extremely slow. A very busy location, but no support for the only barista. Milk not steamed hot enough, I guess she was trying to be quick.

Starbucks is always great coffee with variety of tastes and the service girls usually are excellent

I said I wanted a "medium" instead of "grande" and the barista didn't correct me.

Nice layout, as someone who worked for starbucks for more than 6 months, I do admire at first.

What I don’t get is Starbucks gave FREE REFILL for drinks such as teas or Iced Coffee. Most staff here knows me since I visit here regularly.

One day someone just asked me for my second Refill, saying did you purchase here? I showed her my mobile order history and she reluctantly accepted my Refill request.

Is just weird since this never happens in other starbucks. When I was a barista many people come to West Van just go for Refill, I am 100% sure they did not even make any purchase, and just ask for Refill again and again, most of them are Persian and Indian customers.we are not allowed, and there is no way for barista to check whether this customer made the initial purchase or not.

The overall feeling is like a moderate honest customer being treated like a dishonest guy; while tons of cheaters simply get away with it at no penalty.
