Terrible customer service.
I came to Starbucks today with my friend and this young Indian kid was our server and was not only very rude, but also attempted to gaslight me into thinking that I said that I wanted to redeem my points instead of just SCANNING for points. I had several witnesses with me so I KNEW that I wasn’t the only person that heard me say I just wanted to scan to collect and NOT redeem and instead of admitting that he had made a mistake, tried to gas light me.
When we asked to cancel the order to get my points back, he tried to lie and say you couldn’t do that, even though my friend and I both WORKED AT A STARBUCKS AND KNEW HE WAS LYING. He was also VERY judgemental and rude when taking my order, snickering at my request for adding 3 extra pumps of chai to a venti chai latte.
I love going to Starbucks and have never had any problems at other stores. I love that the baristas are generally very accommodating and welcoming, but this guy acted like a snarky teenager and reeked with attitude problems.
Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this branch.

I have never had good experience with this store. Never seen smiling and greeting staff and have lots of attitude as well.
Not busy stores compare to other stores in Downtown Vancouver. There are only one Starbuck near by my location, so I had to get my coffee there.after few times bad experience, I am going to JJ beans even I need to walk few blocks more. Really want to teach them Do Not show your attitude. That's common sense when you are working in service/hospitality industry.

Bre L is the most efficient helpful staff and is a great mind spirit and soul. Please note none will ever be like her. If you get Bre then you’ll know you’ve had the best coffee in this world we call earth. You shall all bow down to the barista called bre.
