Ioto was very patient and helpful. He recommended White Peppermint mocha and It taste great.

Great Service. But the coffee was terrible! So many coffee grounds I had to throw out my drink. I got a black drip coffee (large.) Besides the awful coffee, the staff were kind when serving me and the atmosphere of this Starbucks was nice.

I ordered a tea latte, just to wait longer than 10 minutes before I had to ask the staff when I will be receiving my order. They then could not find my order, I had to tell them again what I ordered and received a wrong order.
All-in-all it took about 20 minutes until I got the right order.

Unfortunately there needs to be another Starbucks in Whistler again, this one is just too overwhelmed and the staff, although some are great, most seem scattered, disorganized and just “over it” when a large crowd come in especially. It took my phone order 15 extra minutes after ordering ahead as they forgot to turn the ovens on first thing which I would think is part of an open checklist. Come on Starbucks, help this location out ffs!

Really enjoyed our breakfast experience here. When you combine good food with good service and exceptional surroundings you have a very pleasant experience. Thanks to the staff who clearly made a difference to all the customers who were there at the same time. We will certainly be returning for an encore. Enjoy your experience here!

We visited this Starbucks at 1: 24PM June 25,2023 and witnessed staff member being verbally abused by a group of people in front of us. We tried to step in along with other customers to defend the worker. We really hope she gets support from the management because she did everything humanly possible to stay professional.

20 minutes for drip coffee. I wish I could say that it was worth the wait but the coffee was godawful. Lukewarm. Brewed with probably three times the beans as was necessary. So little milk I'm sure they could have labeled it vegan.

This Starbucks is the worst one I have been to ever! The barista was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Strawberry Acaii refresher with light ice and paid for extra strawberries. When I saw she didn’t look at my order properly I kindly said that it was with light ice and extra strawberries. She just ignored me. I once again politely mentioned it to her, thinking she had not heard me but she just looked at me and chucked the entire drink out. No apology. Nothing! I then spoke to a girl who was of senior status as there was no manager and she kept saying that the additions weren’t on the label, which they were. Her and the barista were too busy gossiping to read the labels properly. No one apologized! When the drinks were done the barista aggressively dropped them on the counter and said nothing. I then asked her why she was being rude and she got super defensive. Very hostile! I told her all she could have said was “oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize” and everything would have been fine. We all make mistakes sometimes but owning up to them and learning from them is how we grow. She continued to argue with me instead of taking ownership of her errors. The situation was handled so horribly. I often applaud Starbucks for its brilliant customer service, this however was god damn atrocious. HORRIBLE!

Long lines and slower service, but nice people and just what we needed for a morning coffee and breakfast.

This place closes incredibly early. I mean who really has their last cup of coffee at 5: 00 p.m.

Terrible ownership. Bad management. Severely understaffed. 35+ people in line. 45 minutes in the line up to get a coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. 3 staff members. As a GM of a restaurant this place needs at least double the staff, more if they are in training as they seemed to be. Most people walked away. They can definitely afford to spend more on labour and pay more to the employees.

Definitely the worst drink I've ever had from Starbucks. Maybe it would have been good if they got the order correct. I don't know. Somehow mistook lemonade for milk which made for a really strange drink. Too busy in there to ask for it to be remade.

Poor customer service, I ordered 3 cookies, nothing was available, they gave me wrong coffee, and the end they were not able to refund my money back….
So disappointed

Standard Starbucks in the middle of Whistler. Queue for coffee was out of the door, it was Sunday afternoon in the middle of a holiday weekend! Good wifi.

The place was crazy busy this morning, lineups were long all the way till outside of the store. A lady called Gemma took our order, even with the short-staffed busy atmosphere she was so kind to ask how we were doing! Service and food here is just amazing, thank you!

They don’t accept stars, partner cards etc. Along with under filling my drinks and giving the wrong breakfast orders are the reasons for a one star review.

Very busy Starbucks but still manages to have great service. Special shout out to Janelle for being very friendly and offering great drink recommendations.

Really want to thank Crystal lodge Starbucks in Whistler for their donation of not only two carafe for the week but also filling them with coffee and tea. When I called to rent them I explained it is for my dad's funeral service he passed away from cancer. They donated everything and proved extra cups with cream and sugar.

Great location, they have the Been There series mugs. It did take them a while to make our drinks and unfortunately a bit of a mix up before they got it right it turned out as we waited and watched but it’s okay, human error. However, the drinks we received afterwards were still not made properly (had them before elsewhere). Nice staff.

Line out the door because only one staff at register and one making drinks. No online ordering or able to use rewards.

Seemed disorganized, took 3 drink orders, but had to retake 1 of them, then made drinks in wrong personal cups. Pleasant and friendly, but? Plus, have no idea why Starbucks closes at 5: 00pm

This one is a bit slow right now due to new staff. It's a nice location in the heart of the village. Was not serving food at the time we went. Either way it's still a Starbucks!

If you stop by this store, make sure to purchase a Trenta Kiwi Star Drink! The baristas have amazing work ethic and are knowledgeable in their craft; this is the best management i’ve seen at a Starbucks ️

I am not usually a regular at Starbucks but this location is a favorite of mine.

The staff is so friendly. I've never had a drink come out wrong. They're located in the prime centre of the village stroll making their pristine bathrooms a personal godsend considering there's not many other good options in the area.

Worst service, twice that I’ve been there they have messed up on both orders.nicely asked for them to remake the drink because it was made wrong and they talk back to me and tell me to chill. Last time I will ever go to this location.

Baristas should remove green tea bags from cups after steeping. My tea was handed to me extremely over brewed and bitter.

Came here for a afternoon drinks that was on thing that was done well, rude employees and packed to many people came in where social distance didn’t matter inside

We Mobile ordered and they had an employee at the front grabbing the drinks from inside and bringing them outside for you which was awesome! Super fast too even tho it was busy af

Went to leave a 5 star review for the crew, forgot I already did ;) That means I left 10 stars.

Staff were not helpful when it comes to serving a person with disabilities. The guide way through the store is very narrow and people congregate at the pick-up area so it is hard to get by due to the product placement shelving unit that has been placed in the way. I would suggest encouraging people to move around the corner to pick up their beverages so that people who are just purchasing things that do not need to be made can get out of the store easier.

I usually love Starbucks, however was taken back from my last visit. A sick child with a runny nose was hanging out by the counter where all the finished drinks are placed. The kid was coughing all over the drinks as well as touching a few of them, and the Barista watched on without saying anything. It is the restaurants duty to ensure proper food handling guidelines are followed, and it felt quite irresponsible for the Barista to look at the kid multiple times and not say anything to the child or parent. My mother asked for the Barista to directly hand her the drink over the coffee machine so the kid did not get a chance to cough on it, and the Barista commented "I don't blame you".
The service and atmosphere is usually great here, I was quite shocked by this experience.
