They have are so friendly. I was studying my exam! Good space for studying! The drink is good!

Service is fine. I'm not a fan of the renovations less inside seating. It looks to be designed to discourage customers from staying over long.

Service sucks, so slow, never used to be this bad, now with mobile orders they take priority, went in on quiet day almost empty still waited over 20min for order, 1 guy making drinks, 3 girls cleaning, never bothered to try and help speed things up, girl at register cold and rude, was asking questions she never tried to be helpful at all. Used to go here all the time, now not so much.not impressed how slow service is and with this policy of filling mobile orders while those who take time to come and stand in line are left to wait and wait.

Very slow since the renovation. New management and staff it looks like.

With how busy this location is, it needs attention. It could be doing a much better job like they did before.

Needs an audit from corporate on the weekend days to watch.

Staff are friendly enough coffee is pricey but good. This location has very little parking like the whole plaza. Baked goods are ok but nothing to write home about. Disability Accessible

One of my favourite locations - everything & everyone is awesome here - tonight I got this lovely greeting which made me smile!

Never waited this long for an americano. There were only a few customers before me, and the wait time was 20 mins+. 4 staffs and half of them were just chatting. They should revisit the headcount and efficiency at this location since its clearly a waste.

Bad attitude of the cashier, demonstrative arrogance and didn't greet me, misspelled my name, then laughed at me with the staff. Orders are often confused, it is better to take a check in order to get the desired drink later. The order took a long time, one day we had to wait 30 minutes.
Bad place.

Never any cold brew. An iced mocha is not "iced coffee with milk, with mocha, ". Well it is but theres already a drink recipe to follow? Think the staff just need more training. Only go here if you can order ahead. Staff have an attitude problem.

This is my absolute favourite location. Always gets the order perfectly and exceptional customer service! I always come here even though it is not closest and opposite direction to my work.

Great customer service. All the staff I saw had smile on their face. Feels welcoming and want to come back again.

Was very busy when we first arrived at 4pm.had to stand by to grab a table! Thinned out by 5 when we left. My Chai tea latte was pretty good.
