The barista ally made my drink lovely, was very aware of the menu and was fast and efficient

Staff very friendly AND Excellent choice in music. Got distracted a bit but so nice to have a café with nice music.

Had a coffee date with my 4 year old son. It wasn't busy, the staff were kind, the employee even brought my coffee to me while I was sat at the table with my son.

I would not go to the Merritt bc Starbucks shortage of staff drive through is always closed very rarely opened staff are not that friendly if the have a manager he or she be there and working along side the staff if they are short

Used to be a good location for quality and time efficiency. They don’t read mobile orders properly and just make the drink basic to what it is. You wanted light anything? They just give you the regular.

I've been really enjoying the Brown Sugar Oat Iced Espresso. I'm not sure why, I usually stay away from $7 coffee drinks. But this one is really tasty. It's got to be really hard to make these fast, but I wish they came out a little faster. All the same, very good drink.

Yesterday i ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappucinno. They made it too much whipped cream. I asked them make it again with light whipped cream. The second cup is the taste no favour. I saw they made my frappucinno and share with another order. I think that why my cup don’t have a favour. Too terrible. I will never come back

Service is ALWAYS slow at this location. I understand they're busy but 20 minutes for a drink? !

Came in, no one greeted me. Employees seemed busy with other orders. No one asked for my order. I left.

Everyone is pretty friendly. I bring my children here for child temp drinks which they love!

Nate was amazing at carrying the entire crew he made multiple orders and when his Co workers were just standing around and two of them flirting with each he took control and got my order to me in a timely and respectful manner hope he gets a raise he deserves it

9 / 10 times they are great. Very friendly staff and they work hard, be patient if you’re not going through the drive thru

If I could figure out how to give a negative star score I would. Absolutely terrible service. Walked in, waited 8 minutes at the counter to order and the staff just kept walking by. Said excuse me to one staff member and she held up 1 finger for me to wait. Not sure if it was because I looked grungy because I was in work clothes and maybe she figured I wasn't worth the time, not sure. Will never return to that location.

"They have new machines" with a tip function. We sit for 20 minutes in their "sit throu" as traffic is blocked because of the amount of vehicles. They need to assign more people to the DRIVE THROUGH orders. Other than that, the staff is always pleasant and friendly. Food is Starbucks, so you 9 times out of 10 get what you expect.

Went this morning to get a White Hot Chocolate as I’ve had it before. While I was drinking about halfway done I tasted something strange, it seemed to taste like metal. I opened the cup and there was something strange that was on the edge at the top and the bottom, floating.

Starbucks coffees are great but their sandwiches are very poor quality. Most of them are frozen with few ingredients. I had swiss ham sandwich and it was literally ham and swiss cheese with bread nothing else! I also dont like the fact that they dont have all their coffee options on their menu and you have to remember what you are ordering all the time.

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. They know a few of my colleagues on sight.

The drive-thru is impossible because there's no room, but otherwise, it's great.

The girl in the drive thru should be taught how to behave. Waited 20 minutes to get the order and when I told her that the cars are lined up she said, well I am aware of what is happening. Very rude and should learn from the other Starbucks in town how to behave.

Never going back.

I mistakenly placed my mobile order at the Cityview location instead of the Summit location, but Eric kindly made my drink for me anyways. Thanks for making my day Eric!

I prefer this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in Kamloops (usually), but lately they’ve been letting me down. They haven’t been getting drink orders right and a few times I’ve stopped in at 8-8: 45 pm and they pretend they are closed as the hours do say 9. They don’t let anyone in the Starbucks or drive thru. Workers have been getting rude lately as well.
