I ordered a drink at around 9: 00 a.m. On a Saturday. The store was not crowded at all, but I still got my drink 10 minutes late. Also, they had not followed the instructions right and my hot chocolate tasted like a coffee. Besides that, one of the employees also laughed at me, saying I hadn’t ordered the right thing, even though i had ordered the hot chocolate option on the app. I’ll never visit this Starbucks again.

Love to sit while either chatting to friends or doing some writing. Always a friendly environment to be in.

Usually very busy, but staff are always friendly and there's usually a spot to grab a seat.

I usually just come in and out to get my mobile order. Today I came in and order over the counter to eat in. I was welcomed by Francis with a cheerful and bold good morning! What a treat! He should be coaching coffee shop attenders how to proper serve people. Good for him!

If there is a zero star I would give a zero. This store constantly is in shortage of staffs for their traffic. I’ve ordered drinks from other Starbucks and the drinks just taste better somewhere else as this store does not make their drinks properly. For example, London fog latte is supposed to be steeped for five mins then add ice in it.
They failed to do it so there is not much taste to it. When I got my drink the top is cold but the bottom is hot. This means they don’t have that extra two seconds to stir it before handing out to the customer.

On Sept 1st, my drink was supposed to be ready at 8: 19, but I didn’t get it until 8: 32. Note that this is a constant problem on daily basis that they can’t achieve drinks in time. When I walked in the store there were total of 17 customers all waiting for their drinks.
Couple of them couldn’t wait any longer so they got a refund.

I’m wondering, if you can’t handle the drink order when the store is swamped, why not turn off the mobile pick up function on the app so we don’t need to waste our time waiting? Ppl need to work in the morning, and to be honest, if you can’t handle the volume, hire more staffs!

This is what I ordered this morning. A tall dark roast with milk, and see what I got: a cup of milk? It tastes like a mixture of milk and water. Zero taste of coffee. On top of that, I asked for 2% milk but this is obvious skim milk. Watery! Watery! My whole Sunday morning is ruined!

The worst Starbucks experience to date of my coffee drinking lifestyle. This location wasn't busy and yet it took 17 minutes for a venti latte to be made! The staff were too busy talking amongst themselves instead of focusing on their primary job which is producing coffee for customers. I will never use this location again as a 21+ year supporter of Starbucks. Management needs to retrain or place these staff members immediately. July 17 2023 8: 43am

This Starbucks location stands out because the staff is very nice. They always greet everyone with a warm smile and the manager remembers little details about her customers, which is very sweet. I have an allergy and they always take care to clean their drinks machine to accommodate me. This is a popular location in the morning, yet the staff works efficiently to process orders and I never have to wait very long.

Contacted corporate with a complaint and photos. No response for weeks. Out of the blue they send me a “how satisfied are you with our resolution” email.

The blundell location i walked in and there’s no one in line so I was there first in front of the counter , but nobody “noticed” me, they were busy on their “business”,
And a lady walked in after me, they saw her and take order for her in front me, even after her finished order and left they still didn’t see me and take order for other customers, I really don’t know why. I don’t even want to say I m 6months pregnant standing there for a while waiting and no one sees me but take order for other customers after me. So sad….

It’s a standard, average Starbucks experience. The vanilla bean crème frap was good but on the icier watered down side for flavour, however, it was still refreshing. No complaints but nothing special either.

I don't understand why this location is so bad. They forget to remove a step or add one when it's on the sticker (therefore I have to ask to remake it, e.g. No whip but there's whip, add cold foam but there's no cold foam). They finish making a drink, yet do not put it at the mobile area so we cannot grab it and wait for them to do so. They really need an efficient person to put finished drinks out instead of asking customers of what drink they're waiting for - it's behind the mobile area where we cannot reach it helloooo.

We went in and ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade. The drink tasted very watery and seemed like they didn't pay attention to detail at all. I went back to tell them the drink didn't taste right. They didn't offer anything to try to fix it but instead said "this is how it's made". Poor service. An indian guy and two east asian guys. Literally tastes like water. Will not go back anymore.

I'm so lucky Today. I go with my friends to this location because should be the most highest quality of service of Starbucks in Richmond.
However today I Ordered my ordinary largest size of my ice green tea strict up: (Green Tea only no extra water no ice no sweet) after my order I go to the other side wait for my pickup. Well Maybe today have alots of Phone order and some walk-in order like me. I always go with my patience to waiting for my favorite drink. Finally stop calling my name. I go right the way and say thank you. When I pick up for my drinks I look at it. I ordered the largest size of tea. It turned into the smallest cups then I double chat with my apps receipt show charge right of my largest older payment. And I look at that the sticker on my cup Show it (Tr. Green tea) and I ask what's going on? Staff very efficient change the size for me.
We find the seat to enjoy our drinks and chat. I go and order my refill same. This time size confirm excellent. However they at the sugar sweet into my drinks.
I really think Starbucks is really out of staff to work.
