Starbucks

Ordered iced shaken espresso so many times and it’s never up to the cup, too many ice and does not follow instructions. Also ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew but they gave me a cold foam instead. Atmosphere is nice but barista skill is not satisfying

Every barista I’ve encountered were really nice people, and it makes my day when I’m greeted with such warm services. Thank you Starbucks!

Nice location and fresh drinks. Good service. No complaints. The new slushes are a great refreshing drink for hot summer days.

Service was friendly and fast! But the food sitting in the display was swarmed with flies Paper towel was out in the bathroom

Overall, a great place to study with a coffee. I certainly enjoy going there every day in the morning and right before sunset. Point to be noted, sometimes, tall pike place tastes sour. It happens every time I leave the coffee shop immediately. It never happened when I stay inside. Most of the time, I stay in after getting coffee. So, never got a chance to complain.

If you are worried about the price, then you may consider going into other Starbucks nearby where tall pike place coffee is $2.57 but here it costs you $3.00. If you’re more conservative, then sure go to circle K with reusable cups. And if you’re super conservative, then make it at home. It will cost you almost nothing

I hate to be the one to complain and this location is usually really good because I go here often. But today my drink was half full? And it was like almost 7$, not worth

Just a very friendly/helpful staff. I called in asking them to make my order since I dont have the app and I was running on 2 hours of sleep and they saved me!

My favourite location to go to I think. Really good seating and nicely located, with a bench outside where you can people watch

Prime location in the Brentwood zone, great outdoor patio and decent amount of seating inside.

Staff were friendly, but I find the speed slower than I’d normally expect from Starbucks. Seems to always be quite a wait even when there’s only a couple people ahead, so likely a lot of mobile/to go orders.

Went in tonight, All the staff were super helpful and very nice. Good customer service, and friendly staff.

This area of Burnaby is called the Brentwood District and this Starbucks Coffe Shop is part of a mall called the Amazing Brentwood.   The name is appropriate because the architecture is stunning in every direction.   The Starbucks itself is no exception, because it has a fabulous design and is perched majestically on the edge of a plaza that overlooks the Brentwood Town Centre Skytrain and the Lougheed Highway.   The views at this Starbucks are amazing, inside and out.   It’s a photographers dream coffee shop.

The mall was formerly called the Brentwood Towne Centre. The entire neighbourhood is a huge development in Burnaby.   It’s a very popular place to live and work.   There are tons of stores nearby so you can shop till you drop.   Then come to Starbucks for some R&R.   The location is perfect for access or a meetup, because it’s literally right beside the Skytrain.   You can’t miss it.   It usually has a water fountain out front which adds to the experience, but sadly it wasn’t working on the day I visited.

This Starbucks sits on top of a McDonalds, and both places have large windows to sit beside and watch the world go by.   Starbucks has a unique wrap around corridor with ample seating so that you can get a good view, no matter where you sit.   Lots of light to say the least.   Perfect for the long Vancouver winters where light is the most valuable commodity.   Even the McDonalds below the Starbucks appears to have a very interesting open concept design.

I was working on a tower nearby so I had to be at work early, and thankfully the Starbucks was open.   Their hours are amazing.   5: 30AM-10: 30PM on most days.   Great for construction workers or anyone with unusual  work hours.   Shooting the Starbucks at night was almost more interesting than the daytime because the light is so dramatic.   I also came to Starbucks during the day for coffee, and also took more pictures.   My day ended at 8: 30PM so I was able to snap a few more night pictures at Starbucks, grab some of their delicious Avocado spread which I'm kind of addicted too, before hopping on the train.

As usual, wifi, food, ambiance, and coffee was great.   I know what I’m getting at Starbucks and I love that predictability.   Also, the staff were excellent.   Very friendly and helpful.   I was so surprised to see the option to tip the staff with a card.   Usually most Starbucks require a manual cash tip.   The nice barista said that this new tipping method “may” be rolled out to all Starbucks.   That would be great, as cash isn’t the most convenient thing to carry around.

All around great coffee shop in a very attractive mall that sits in a very attractive part of Burnaby.   Brentwood is popular and appears to be thriving.   Lots of towers going up around here, for good reason.

The kindest team at this Starbucks they remember me by name! And truly care about the customers.

They got my name wrong and ran out of Venti Cups.yet they totally made up for it with otherwise excellent, friendly customer service. This unique location has excellent seating with great views of the plaza at the Amazing Brentwood.

Pros: Beautiful interior, great location.
Cons: Soooo slow. I understand mornings are busy but 10+ minutes for a drip coffee is insane. I put up with it anyway because I like to have my morning coffee but workflow needs changing. The staff could also use some food safe training. I’ve witnessed enough cross contamination from the partners that I’ve learned to just look away. I’ve witnessed one girl push my paper cup up against her chest in order to get the cup sleeve in. I also don’t need grubby hands touching the opening of my lid. I could go on and on but this Starbucks REALLY needs some fine tuning. The location on Gilmore, while not as pretty and modern, has staff that are friendlier and much more competent. Skip this location if you can

One of the worst locations. There are flies in the display case and staff are aware but simply don't care. Service is also super slow.

Really really really slow! There were 20 people waiting for the service, but the employees were still chatting and joking. I would rather drive other location to pick up the coffee.
