Starbucks

I’ve been going to this Starbucks a couple times over the past few months and the staff is exceptional! A really sweet girl, (I forget her name) she has blonde hair and every time I’ve seen her had it up in pigtails, is always so sweet and a pleasure to see. Excellent customer service!

Waited in line for literally 5 minutes, not even a hello, one of the barista went to the restroom and the other kept doing her stuff. Completely ignored me, an acknowledgment would have been nice. I don’t mind waiting but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at the starbucks. Staff was lacking energy as well no usual charm behind the counter.
