Starbucks

The consistency and quality of the drinks being made here is downright terrible. The last few times I have gotten my usual drink (iced shaken espresso with oat milk) it has been so watery and bitter. I select the light ice option and they fill the drink up with half ice. They also barely put any oat milk in the drink, despite me paying extra for it.

Really, really unhappy to hear of the horrible treatment of a woman with a service dog here this morning! There is no excuse for a woman with a service dog to be thrown out of a place of business. Shame on you, Starbucks!

I'm a frequent customer at Starbucks. I saw a lady come today through the door with a tiny Pomeranian dog immediately she was approached by an Asian lady with blonde hair asking for a service card and a very rude manner she showed them the service card the Asian lady that works for Starbucks went back to the office the manager came out and told her that she had to leave. I also noticed the customer was very upset set a few words because she was upset. I could also see the rest of the staff loved her. I stepped outside to speak to the customer service card was in order for the dog. I also asked her how long she was going there she said approximately 1 year and she is very well known at that location.

My opinion as a customer. The Asian lady with the blonde hair and also the manager for Starbucks was very unprofessional they jumped on that immediately after seeing a dog in a very unprofessional way. I am absolutely done with Starbucks disgusting move on their behalf

This is my first time review about starbuck its has service very bad. I ordered coffe they give me after 25 minutes and staff they don’t car about customer they just busy in talking with each other and so bad service thanks

Hugely disappointed in Starbucks across from
Guildford town centre. I asked for a black coffee as I’m lactose intolerant and I get a double tl pike pls double cream. When I called to explain how dangerous food allergies can be the manager replies what do you want me to do about? Are you serious?

This is my first time reviewing in Google because I am so disappointed in their service. I ordered a cup online and decided to pick it up the next day as I need to travel more than an hour from my place. First, the cashier said that they do not have the cup anymore (how the hell was I able to purchase it online?) She even told me that they cannot be sure that I did not pick it up last night. Like, really? Are you serious? Why would I even waste my time?
Next, another barista/employee assisted me, she is so not friendly, not even apologetic that the cup was not available and I had to travel. The attitude is not even okay, she seemed annoyed when she tried to slide the SB credit card for my refund, that another employee slided it for her. Never will I ever go to this branch again! First time I experience this kind of service from Starbucks.

As a regular Starbucks customer since 2011 I have visited many locations, and I have often been very impressed by the staff there. But this location has been outstanding. I attend the drive-thru as part of my commute to work. Service is fast, even when busy and large orders, and they are apologetic for any customer caused delay.

By far my most appreciated barista is Alyssa. Best. Barista. Ever. She regularly goes above and beyond, exceeding customer expectations and always with shining positivity. A positivity that many of the other staff demonstrate as well; Rico is another great one. Thank-you for making my mornings that much better!

Constantly mess up coffee preparations. Only location near me that disappoints so frequently.

But they touch garbage, money, and they don't wash their hands.

Good food and drinks but VERY slow service and long wait in even a short line in drive thru. At leat my drink was really good but the wait was unreasonable. The driver of the car I was in wasn't happy

Clearly the A team was working today. Like watching a fine ballet, everyone working like a well oiled machine. 10/10

They were busy in laughing loudly and talking with each other, customers were not their priority.
Never happened with me at any other Starbucks location ever!

Didn't get my free drink on my bday even after I signed into the app and scanned and showed my bday as well. Should've just honored it. Drink had some paper we pulled out of the drink as well.

Ordered tea for the price of $4.25 and charged a total of $9.46 because of $5 gratuity. Really? Gratuity is even more expensive than my ordered item? I cannot drink your service FYI. Are you desperate of taking money out of gratuity without even asking the customer? I was buying tea, not gratuity. Never will comeback to this over rated coffee shop. I will just stick to Tim Horton’s or McDonald’s.

Very slow and no sense of urgency w the drive thru staff whatsoever. Lackadaisical service at best. Prepare to wait 10-15 min in drive thru just to get your order in. Then another 10 min waiting for them to make it even though they’ve had 10 min to prepare your order.

Disappointed in how slow and disorganized this location is. At least 20-25 minutes waiting for a coffee in the drive thru

Mocha was good as was their sandwich but the service was pretty slow, but overall it was a good experience.

Usually no problem here but I came through the drive-through a couple of minutes early for my mobile order. And the staff there I saw her pick up my drink, but she basically waited till the time the app told me it would be ready after telling me, I should be looking at the time that the app says, and I am early. There was no one waiting behind me.

This location is what customer service means. Jason was extremely polite and friendly! He made sure we were taken care of with all the customizations! Thank you for making our day and putting smiles on our faces!

Drive thru/parking lot combination is impossible most days. It's like the worst game of snake you could play. And the inside has extremely minimal seating. I will usually avoid this location and go to Fraser Heights or the mall instead. No fault of the staff they're great! Just a really bad spot logistically

They have the bestest people serving here … very kind hearted and understanding. The coffee ofcourse tastes great too:)

Always friendly and cheerful, only down fall is they don't have all products all the time
